Their online booking system is also very convenient and there is easy parking in their lot. The offer a 5 massage package (you get a discount if you pre-pay) and we usually get those. The signature massage (mix of Thai massage and other techniques) and Swedish massage are both excellent. If you have any areas of focus you can let them know beforehand and they really do their best to focus on your problem areas. I came in a day before an event to relax a little and I asked if they could do 45 minutes and they said "is 30minutes okay?" but I said I wanted a relaxing session and they ended up accepting 45 minutes but when we started they left the room and stopped the massage, they came back and apologized then we proceeded with the massage but they were really rough (genuinely think I got bruised) and I told them and they apologized but then still were quite rough... I just felt like they weren't really properly trained and did what ever. When finished they were leaving the room but I stopped to give a service tip, she counted it in front of me and said "they usually give $10 do you have?" And I was embarrassed because I didn't know there was a minimum, I gave $7 for a 45 minute session priced at $60. I just thought that after the quality and service, I don't think that they should be asking for more tip.. safe to say I will never be back and this is not a good impression as someone who is not from the area and is just stopping by for a trip.

I understand Swedish massage is typically lighter, but I expected more pressure given the "firm" description -thinking I'd have the best of both in one massage.
