I chose the 1-hour option, which started with an herbal foot soak with a cup of hot tea and some trail mix. After the foot soak, Hailey brought me back to my service room and gave me a spa coverup to prevent my shirt from getting wet. The automatic massage table was great in my opinion, nice strong pressure but possible that not everyone would like it. Heated foot wrap and a heated pad on my belly, plus being covered in a warm blanket, I felt like I was in a cocoon. The 1-hour option comes with an additional face mask, and that is what started next. The face massage, face products, and sheet mask were just SOOOOO relaxing. After the face massage came the hair and scalp treatment, which probably included three or more products being massaged into the scalp each time. At the very end, Hailey helped me up and dry me off, then she blow-dried my hair (not any styling, just a simple blow dry). I will happily happily HAPPILY make this a monthly retreat for myself!!
