The whole staff was very kind and helpful. Nicha my massage therapist was amazing! She can do very strong pressure but I asked her to go very light because I can't do deep tissue very comfortably and she quickly adjusted. I got the relaxation/Swedish massage. I paid for 60 mins but she went even longer and that was very kind. She paid attention to special areas and gave a very good head massage at the end. I wanted a 4:30 appointment but showed up at 4:35 and they still accommodated me. They use pillows, heating pads, and an eye mask. read more

The place wasn't easy to find. There isn't a sign outside so I had to call and thats when I was told we had to go inside the building with the hair salon with a code for the door. The room is cramped, barely enough space to undress and dress. We could hear the employees on their break in the staff room next door, making it difficult to relax. Thankfully their break ended about halfway through the 90 min massage. On a good note, both masseuse were polite and professional. My massage was about 8/10 and my husband's was 9/10. I need vlVERY firm pressure for massages. Most women can't apply enough force and even some men find it tiring. Or the massage therapist leave bruises because they did deep tissue wrong. June was really good despite being a small woman. While she did not ask how you like your massage, she adjustee as soon as I asked her to apply more pressure. read more

What could improve is communication. I booked and confirmed a massage online. I received a separate email from a person at the spa asking to arrive at a different time than what I had booked, to call or message to confirm. I replied back asking instead to reschedule. I left a vm as well. I received no responses. I realize they have a 12 hour cancellation policy and by the time I replied to their request to confirm their requested change, it was 9 plus hours out. But I believe they broke their contract and at the very least caused confusion by asking to change the time and for a separate confirmation of the appointment I had originally booked, received confirmation for online. No reply, no call back from this provider. So I didn't arrive for either appointment time. This cost me the spa credits for the session I didn't enjoy PLUS a cancellation fee greater than the cost of the spa credits wasted. I will not be attempting a rebook. I get a scammy feel from this place. Strange emails asking to confirm an already confirmed appointment? Trying to change the appointment, totally non responsive, then charging cancellation fees? Seems crooked. read more
