It's not uncommon for people to stay here for 12 weeks and lose 50-some pounds! The grounds are beautiful, complete with hiking trails, a natural bridge, and an ICE CAVE. They serve you healthy meals, about 1300 calories a day, but I never felt starved. You even get dessert. And if you're tempted to cheat, the nearest town is 10 miles away haha. During the day they have exercise classes, nutrition tips, and a couple of other random activities. All events are optional. The classes aren't too intensive - I thought they were pretty comparable to what you might get at your local YMCA. It's definitely an early-to-bed and early-to-rise type of place - breakfast is at 6:45 am and they don't have any activities after 6:45 pm. Everything is taken care of for you here so you can just focus on being healthy. I'd imagine it would be a good place to get some work done if you are a student, writer, programmer, etc. They have COVID-19 protocols in place and say that they haven't had any cases yet. The guests don't always follow them, but what can you do?

Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

I come here specifically for the group classes. I mainly take Yoga, Barre and Iron Bodies but have loved every other one that I have tried. I do wish they offered more classes (especially Barre) but it's a small town and limited classes are to be expected. I'm just happy I don't have to drive 30mins to workout. :-)
