Each instructor has a different style so I think it's good to practice with each one. Then you can sort through who best suits your personality. They no longer offer day passes and have upped the price of swim lessons $15 in under a years time. The membership fee per month is outrageous for what little they provide. It is an older rec center with nowhere near the activity offerings of one's like longview in Spring Hill. Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

I tried this place and,…read morewhile they have white boards at every station to put your name and list any medical conditions that needed to be considered, instructors kept ignoring them and failed to offer any alternatives to accommodate for my medical needs. If I hadn't been smart enough to recognize some of the moves were outside of my ability, I could've worsened my injury for blindly trusting an instructor who wasnt paying attention. What's worse, the kady today ignored me (in a class of 12) when I completely stopped because I couldnt do what she was asking. I tried to voice these concerns with the management and this is the response I got. Save your money, this kind of treatment isnt worth $180/mo

The instructor was really good, but tough. I personally liked her pushing us through because the heat was starting to get me towards the end. Everything is clean and really nice. If you're going to do this I definitely recommend hydrating starting the day before and don't eat a big meal before you do this. I bought the $50 intro for one month and I'll be back at least once week time permitting.
