The staff are usually friendly, gracious, and efficient with getting you through the door and onto equipment. I really love how most of the equipment faces out towards nature rather than more rows of equipment. While this happens occassionally, I'm usually able to navigate towards a nature-facing space. If I had to be picky, the only drawback is for my introverts: this gym is usually quite popular, whether during the day with elder gym-goers or during the later night with college-age students. The only time I've found as relatively less populated is during the hour before lunch or slightly before school pick-up for parents with kids around that age. This is obviously not that convenient for most families or individuals. Parking is plentiful but usually pretty full. Be careful with the traffic around here. It's usually pretty calm, but there's just a lot of people going in and out. The pool is currently (12/2024) closed for remodeling but otherwise a fully functional gym. Some additional amenities include: a walking track, stairmasters, treadmills, free weights, power racks, bikes, row machines, and your standard machine weights.

They switch up the workout every day, it's a fun surprise of fitness. You hit every major muscle group, just in an exciting, unknown way. No matter what, you leave thoroughly satisfied that you got an amazing workout. Katie and her team are so incredible. From Katie's gentle encouragement, to Mackenzie's steadfast silliness ("air out your armpits" while we do wheelbarrows never fails to make me giggle), to Anne Marie's casual confidence ("don't worry, it's just a workout!" is called out often during her classes) to Isobel's sharp eye for detail and corrections, you have the most amazing, supportive, attentive array of women. They adjust as needed, encourage when I'm dying, and bribe as necessary ("last oblique move of class!" Is my FAVORITE). I feel like I'm a safe little baby chicken under the protection of many mama hens when I'm in class with these rockstar women! I could never give this place any less than 5 stars. Honestly I wish I could give it 10. This place is my absolute favorite workout I've ever done in Nashville. This place is so good I stopped signing up for free ClassPass memberships under different phone numbers and now pay money for MPower. If you know anything about Asian people, you know what a big deal that is. I'm gonna call out the lady who left a 4 star review now. Yes, there is no showers. I don't see why it matters and why you'd dock a star. If the space wasn't plumbed for a shower what are they supposed to do, break building code and build one anyways? Drag a hose in and stick it up on the wall? Just go home and shower y'all. It's not that difficult and we need to support businesses by phenomenal, stellar people, not knock them down for petty little things. I personally would carry deodorant, perfume, and a change of clothes with me, change and freshen up in the bathroom, and go straight to work with no issue. But you do you boo boo it's your world I'm just guest starring. If you want to start looking and feeling like a Victoria's Secret Angel, go here. My abs have never been this defined and I swear my butt is an inch perkier. If this is all achieved in six weeks, I can't wait to see what I look like in six months!

It was easy to ask clarifying questions and they were great to include modifications of movements for all difficulty levels/injury. Within the 2 weeks, I was noticeably much stronger. They have ample free parking at the studio and are easy to locate. The classes are easy to book and reschedule online too. They have a nice bathroom. The only reason I didn't continue the membership: the studio does not have showers. I understand they are smaller and newer-- but as someone who lives about 40 min away, I found it difficult to fit classes into my schedule when I had to go back home to shower every time. If they ever decide to add showers, I will definitely be going back- would recommend!

I am infuriated that management does not seem to care about folks that cannot bathe in the sun @…read morethe Franklin location! I understand there was a lawsuit, and the lifeguards have to take up the whole shady area for emergency purposes. But, you could at least accommodate and provide for us otherwise. It's absolutely ridiculous that I see people who are paying good money for membership having to bring their own chair umbrellas, and I'm having to stuff my lounge chair in between two freaking picnic tables that are occupied. Word of advice, I suggest you remedy this situation as quickly as possible and definitely before it opens next year. I would think anybody in their right mind would've already had this well planned out before the pool opened, but it gets worse every time I come. On the other hand, you may have a lot more lawsuits for people getting sun cancer because you can't provide umbrellas for those of us that require it, to take shade. I have never been so disappointed in something in Franklin, Tennessee. You should demonstrate more class and consideration than this mess! And, I've been a resident of Franklin my entire life. I have been a member of this facility for many years, but you have completely failed this year in regards to the pool area. I'm so disappointed in this location! To add, there are many many more people that feel the same way I do. I've been talking to a lot of people. I have a feeling you're gonna lose a lot of memberships from this point forward, unless you change things. If you want to complain to the Director, his name is Gordon Hampton x 2015. One more thing you need to know, "adult swim" is interrupted by all the lifeguards taking break in the deep end to do splashing contests. So, I had to void my plans of quietly floating on my back. The young adults (lifeguards) overtook the entire area, and the older adults had no room to enjoy it. Again, bad management! Horseplay should be done before and after hours, not during public operation. It also gives a bad impression to the little ones, when the older kids act crazy and carelessly in the pool. There are proper times and places for everything!

The instructor, Sarah, was there to introduce herself and give me the tips/tricks on how this class was going to be and how to get the right row form. The check-in process was easy by telling the front desk your name and putting your personal items in the self-lock lockers they provide. Note you will get assigned a rower so you CAN'T hide in the back, which is awesome, really got me outside of my comfort zone. There are different type of classes a 80/20, 50/50 or 60/40 type meaning more rowing vs. more full-body floor exercises. It reminded me a bit of a rowing version of Soul Cycle or Cycle Bar. The lights were dimmed, and the focus was put on the numbers as a group. I really enjoyed the collective mentality around rowing success. Upon entering, the staff sweetly greet you and give you a quick introductory row lesson for you to keep up with the rest of the class. I had some experience already, but I really appreciate how kind everyone was from the get-go. The enthusiasm was infectious, and the other rowers were also quite excite about the class. They only part that I believe I should warn anyone going into Row House about is their intense marketing. While I enjoyed the class, I needed time to think about committing to a package, but I was never afforded that. Upon exiting the class, the front desk began asking me to commit to a monthly or other pass. I kept repeating that I needed time to think about it. It just...felt like they couldn't take no for an answer, and I was hounded by follow-up texts and calls for weeks afterwards. I ended up responding when the representative on the phone made an incorrect assumption about how I felt about the class. I felt positively about the class, but was totally off-put by the intense communication aftewards. Other than that, it was great. Parking is reasonable, and there's a private lot in the back. Definitely give it a shot if you're in the area! It's a great workout.
