Always a friendly visit with a decent selection. I do wish they had more Doc Martens in store, but…read morethe employee advised you can order online if I wanted. Plan to sort out my size, then order a pair and appreciation the ability to shop in person.

I figured my trip in here would be a pretty easy one. I knew exactly which shoes I wanted, I had…read moretheir website with all the information pulled up on my phone so that I could show the sales person what I was looking for and I just wanted to be able to pick them up in the store so that I could get them right away instead of waiting for them to be shipped. I figured wrong. There was a woman free at the counter so I went over and told her that I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and I just wanted to know if they had them in stock. I showed her the page with the information and she said that she didn't think they had any but she would look in the computer to double check. She couldn't find the item number on the page so I looked for it while she kind of sighed impatiently in the background. I finally found the item number and she let me know that they didn't have the shoes in stock but a nearby store did. I asked her to call and have them hold the shoes for me to make sure they weren't sold on my way over. Afterwards I asked for the address to the other store so that I could get the directions, not a very hard request if you ask me. She told me the general area it was in but not the address, I again asked if I could have the address so that I could put it in my GPS, she sighed unhappily again and reluctantly gave me the address to the other store. Let's just say that in the future I'm going to order my shoes online and wait for them to be shipped rather than be "helped" by someone who considers writing down an address difficult.

He had a crap pair of old Walmart shoes and was not able to get his feet on the sliding shoe due to pain. His only complaint was the price. I told him how much I thought they would be and I was only 50$ shy. After wearing them one week, he's walking without complaint . Week two he was back up a ladder and he's now had them 1 month . Not very happy. I have two fractured metatarsals. I went there because I feel like I'm walking on…read morethe bones (the fracture area). I shared an image of my foot x-ray. I was given the standing imaging of my foot and told I have supination and a high arch. Ok... I pay about $500 for custom orthotics. I get the orthotics and try it out in multiple pairs of shoes. Felt heavy pronation. Additional pieces added to make the adjustment, which improved the feeling of exaggerated pronation. I was supposed to have a metatasal bar to compensate for the broken bones. I did not feel any difference between either of the orthotics (left / right). I mention this. None of the shoes fit well. Person tells me I'm picky, but sweet. Person seemed to be getting frustrated with my wanting to get what I pay for. I'm paying $500 for the orthotics, plus whatever else for a shoe, I should be comfortable and have a good fit in exchange. I left without any shoes, bought some larger and wider version of my current shoe. Removed the built in insoles, replaced with the new insoles. Trying it while doing some gardening chores and STILL FEEL LIKE I'M WALKING ON THE BROKEN BONE FRACTURE POINTS. My issue is not solved. Left voice mail re: problem with orthotics, no reply.
