First time visiting this new Yoga Studio at Worthington Mall. It is located on the north end by the…read moreindoor playground. They have a few different style of classes- gentle, flow, power. I went to the flow class, which was great for beginners or just to get a good stretch and still sweat/ get a slight workout. The Studio was warm, but not hot. The temperature was nice for the class. I had Ali as instructor and I thought she did a nice job with explaining poses and taking us through the flow from pose to pose. I am glad i have a studio so close to my house!

I participated in a hot candlelit yoga class and it was hot! The vibes were nice, it seems like pump essential oils through the room so it still smells pleasant even though it is so warm. Also, it was in the evening and was a great mix of stretching, moving, and slowing down at the end of the class. I hope to stop in again!

Do not sign up for a recurring payment. I went in to cancel my membership in November of 2024. I…read morewas told my membership would be cancelled. Well, I was billed in December AND January. I went in again in January and the person at the front desk said nothing was on file and had me fill out another form. I was told a manager would call me and no one ever did. I was again billed in February. I called and reported them to my credit card company and I called GoYoga, having to leave a message. Well, guess what? They billed me for March, too. I'm about to contact the better business bureau. DO NOT go to this awful place. So disorganized and untrustworthy. Namaste my a$$

After that, a bunch of us went to Atlas Tavern for lunch - I got the apple butter chicken sandwich (it was $15.75!). The owners were nice and informative about the benefits of the salt cave. I personally didn't experience any changes that I could notice but one person in my group expressed that she could feel her sinuses draining so if you have bad congestion then this place is definitely for you. I will try this place again when we get closer to seasonal allergy season because I have bad seasonal allergies.
