My schedule is pretty busy and when I came home and was excited about it my husband bought a treadmill the next day which came with an IFIIT membership that I have been trying the different classes so I have not been back but I do think I will at some point because it was a great workout and different from what I am used to. I love the combination of classes they offer through the day from 5 AM till 6 PM. This location decided to being yoga into the mix with HIIT workouts which I find highly effective. Shred415 is a mix of cross fit training. First you start on the treadmill or deck for about 15 minutes then switch. So if you were on the floor doing your cardio you go onto the treadmill. The point of it is to increase your heart rate and get the most out of the 60 minute class. At Shred415 it's not just a gym it's a community or family that has your back from the trainers to the people that show up to class with you to support you along the way in your fitness journey. I love all the trainers here and haven't had one bad class at Shred415. Just stop and see for yourself. First class is always free and right now they have a great deal going on for the holiday's.
