The guy at the front had me sign in as a guest, the person I came with had her phone out to pay the $15 we know we had to pay and as we were going to tap the phone to pay the girl sitting on the back counter tells us it's $15 in a very rude manner as if she was talking to children.... The person I came with informed her we already know because we've been in before.... The way she said it and how she handled the situation after the fact was very rude and unprofessional. After we walked alway we proceeded to get on the stair master and treadmill. I had noticed that we had been stared at and pointed at. Then who I imagine to be a friend of the girl on the counter walks in and they talked about and stared at the person I came with, then more people gathered around the front talking about the situation. Then They proceeded to talk about, stare and point at the person I came with for the ENTIRETY of the 15 mins we were on the machines. I'm very disappointed considering this is supposed to be a place of growth and no judgement! I don't know if I'll be returning!

Admittedly, starting a membership is not the easiest thing in the world, but it's nice because it keeps the gym from attracting people who don't actually want to go to workout. Simply call Ryan and set up a time to meet him at the gym and he will walk you around to show you the facility and get to know what type of training you enjoy. NOT ONCE did he try to force me to sign up for personal training which is something that can't be said about most gyms in the area.

I usually wear a sports bra and bikini bottoms. Once you are there you will have yourself weighed and that step into a pressurized chamber that will calculate your percentages. While some people may think it is uncomfortable to have this done, the staff is absolutely professional and knowledgeable. The facility is well kept and spotless. It is a little on the expensive side for the body pod, coming in at $30 per session. But luckily, they are on Groupon and offer one session for $17 or three sessions for $46.50!
