I like his mantra-no shock collars, train the person and not the dog, etc. But he talks so much and feels the need to continually sell himself and his school that you can't actually schedule the training. I have no doubt he's probably a good trainer but I'm guessing I'll never know. Don't call unless you have countless hours to spend on the phone and a stiff drink in your hand.
