The guy at the front had me sign in as a guest, the person I came with had her phone out to pay the $15 we know we had to pay and as we were going to tap the phone to pay the girl sitting on the back counter tells us it's $15 in a very rude manner as if she was talking to children.... The person I came with informed her we already know because we've been in before.... The way she said it and how she handled the situation after the fact was very rude and unprofessional. After we walked alway we proceeded to get on the stair master and treadmill. I had noticed that we had been stared at and pointed at. Then who I imagine to be a friend of the girl on the counter walks in and they talked about and stared at the person I came with, then more people gathered around the front talking about the situation. Then They proceeded to talk about, stare and point at the person I came with for the ENTIRETY of the 15 mins we were on the machines. I'm very disappointed considering this is supposed to be a place of growth and no judgement! I don't know if I'll be returning!

I'm happy to say I've been going to this gym for about 6 years now, off and on since 2012. They're…read morelocated near the Kroger grocery store off of Schrock Rd. I was drawn to this place because my previous employer partnered with them to get us discounted memberships so it was a great price to sign up! I don't think a regular membership costs too much, I'd say around $20. For an additional fee they also have a cute kids play area too watch your kids while you work out - they watch kids who are 6 months and up. I haven't yet used their day care service, but I was told I could try it free once or twice since my 14 month old has never been watched by anyone except her parents and grandparents; so we're not sure how she'll react yet by being watched by strangers... so I think that's pretty nice of them to offer this as a free service once or twice to get her acclimated. Occasionally they have member get togethers at the gym for prizes like shirts, free month of gym, etc. To me, this place has what I need, there's no tanning beds, pools or spin classes, but they've got your workout machines, free weights, ellipticals, treadmills. For an additional charge you can get a personal trainer, and they also offer classes like yoga and Zumba. They recently updated the gym a couple years ago, and updated their cleaning supplies to wet wipes to clean the machines instead of spray bottles and paper towels. Their staff is always on hand and friendly as well.

Gym needs new management and their billing system needs to be redone. Can't even leave honest…read morefeedback on y their google reviews without the owner replying unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely don't recommend the gym to anyone unless they want to be charged non stop.

When I first signed up for a class at 3Minute Fitness, I did not know what to expect. You walk in…read moreand it is a smaller little workout place with grass turf in the middle. I am not going to lie, I felt completely out of place during my first class. Everyone seemed to know what they are doing at each station and the different terminology used. The extremely nice thing is that the instructors go over each station, demonstrate, and tell you how long you are to do things. There are 10 stations and you are at each station for 3 minutes each. There is typically two types of workouts at one station. They can switch every 30 seconds, 2 minutes and 1 minute, or whatever the instructors decide that day. This makes the workout seem much faster! The stations pretty much stay the same: The what I call "fancier" treadmill, kettle bells, rower, Jacob's ladder, TRX, cycling, weights, body weight exercises, and the Dog Sled/ropes. I wish I knew more of the actual terminology of the equipment. It seems to be a rotations of cardio and then weights. Some exercises you do using body weights, such as push ups or burpees. Even though it's only 3 minutes at each station, it is a tough workout and the instructors will absolutely push you! You do get a break in between each station and this time can be used to wipe down the station you were just at. You will warm up and cool down with the instructor and will have music to help motivate you. I typically go during the weekends because those are full body workout days. I have gotten a chance to meet Shannon, Mackenzie, Diana, and Ulli. They all have such a different personality to them which I appreciate. I love Ulli's energy and Diana is hilarious! I would highly suggest 3MF if you want a killer workout! :)

I heard about 3Minute Fitness New Albany from Yelp Elite Lindsay G and her Find Where You Fit…read moregroup. The event she put on there was great. Why? I got out of my comfort zone for 50 minutes and experienced heart pounding workouts. As well as made modifications when I needed to. Just like the previous review, I had tried out all the gyms like Orangetheory, Lifetime Fitness, etc and none really did the job I was looking to get out of a real workout. Fast forward to yesterday, I step foot into 3Minute Fitness see, a bunch of stations and realize, dam I'm going to have my ass kicked here seeing all this equipment. It was certainly the case, 10 stations were put together and each station was 3 minutes hence the name of the place. They definitely kicked this girls butt yesterday! When you get to that point where it's super uncomfortable and you can't go anymore, that's when you know you've had a real workout. I had that here last night. I started on the rowing machine then did body lunges, followed by the hardest thing there the Jacob's ladder which moves only when you do and you have to be strapped to it. From there I moved onto the TRX straps, followed by the bike, weights, ball weights, Rogue equipment you push down the field and back, treadmill controlled by your movement alone and finally kettle bell's. Whew, that was a mother load of a workout! I probably missed a few little things but as you can tell I'm still sore from yesterday as I type this review! 3Minute Fitness, you definitely impressed this girl with your fitness classes! I love when I get the best workout that not only makes me feel better, but changes my whole day from a bad day to the best day of my life from sweating and working as hard as I knew I did!
