Glad to have found them since the cafe at Norfolk Botanical Gardens was closed. Service was friendly and food was delivered hot in around 5-7. They rotate around town, but are at NBG Tuesdays until end of September. Find where they will be on their Facebook page @ Facebook.com/bodaciouspizza or foodtrucksearcher.com for them and other great area trucks. I did not expect much, but was surprised at how good our pepperoni and cheese was. Thin crust with plenty of toppings. They no longer have the wagon with the oven fired if you were use to this. I can only vouch for the pizza, but they do have other items on menu such as Calzones. I would not hesitate trying them again.

What a great find! A bakery/pizza combo with excellent food and service. I even grabbed a loaf of sourdough on the way out. The BBQ Chicken pizza was superb and of course, since they are a bakery, the crust was 10 of 10. There will be more visits here for sure. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious and served on a hot plate.

We had their pizza at our block party and it was phenomenal. All the ingredients tasted fresh and hot, the crust was perfect. I even had their food at the Chesapeake wine festival. My friend and I ordered the chipotle sausage pizza. It was amazing. Looking to cater for my son's birthday!

The margherita pizza was fresh and light.

I wasn't going to eat at this food truck today because I have been trying to eat a little healthier, but I hadn't tried this food truck yet, and decided I should try them all if they are close by. I ordered the margherita pizza and it was amazing. Very fresh and light. The sauce is delicious. Plan B for eating healthier was to not eat the outside crust. Why waste calories on the parts with no toppings? Well that plan failed as well because this crust is so tasty I ate the whole thing. Mistake? Maybe. Regrets? None. We walked over to this truck relatively early when there was only one other person in line. The wait time was perfect at about 7 minutes, but during lunch rush I would imagine that the wait could get a little lengthy. This is not your average goopy pizza truck slice that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. They build and bake you your very own 10" personal pizza fresh and made to order, so it's going to take a little time. Not a problem for me, but if you have a limited amount of time to take a lunch, it's something to think about. If you don't this pizza is totally worth the wait. Definitely some of the best brick oven pizza I have had in the area.

I stopped by during their pop up at Farmhouse Brewery and, once again, they did not disappoint. One thing you need to know: their burritos are massive. We're talking "the size of your head" big, so come hungry or be ready for some epic leftovers. The menu is small and focused (usually around four burrito choices), but every single one is packed with quality ingredients and flavor. The Coop spends most days serving on base, but keep an eye out for their local pop-ups. They're always worth chasing down. This time around, I ordered the Pepper Jack Chicken Burrito which was grilled chicken breast, maple bacon, melty pepper jack cheese, and their signature Coop Sauce, all bundled up in a warm tortilla. Every bite was the perfect balance of hearty, savory, spicy, and just a hint sweet from the bacon. Their Coop sauce is one of a kind. Tangy, and delicious. I'm sure adding an egg would take it to the next level (that's an option on all burritos). My friends had the Breakfast Burrito! This one comes with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, juicy sausage, more of that craveable maple bacon, herby potatoes, and (of course) the signature Coop Sauce. They raved about every bite. I appreciate that The Coop keeps things simple with their streamlined menu and focus on top-notch burritos. Whenever I see them around town, I make it a point to stop ... even if there's a line, it moves fast and is absolutely worth the wait. Whether you're looking for a new lunch favorite or just crave seriously great street food, The Coop is a true gem on the Virginia Beach food truck scene. Can't wait to catch them at their next pop-up!

The mozzarella one is all cheese inside with the jalapeño one is a hotdog inside. Both were insanely delicious but I had a slight preference for the cheese one. The batter is delicious and the sugar topping creates that perfect savory and sweet balance. We also got an order of the Chinese donuts which came with chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces. Lastly, we ordered the triple sauced chicken which came with rice. Everything was delicious but the corn dogs are for sure the standouts! You must try one! This is a family run business and you can tell they put a lot of work into their food. Go to Facebook or Instagram to find out where they'll be and try out their food. I've never heard of them before, but shrimp po'boys are one of my weakness. When I got there, there wasn't any line probably because it was 30 minutes before they close. Their menu is simple and the meals are quite affordable compared to the other food trucks that serve po'boys. Of course, I ordered the shrimp po'boy with extra sauce on the side. The fries is already included on the meal so that was a plus. I waited for about 5 minutes as they cook my food. It was kind of awkward though standing next to the truck because the staff closed their window. I had some questions regarding the meal, but I had to wait until she opened the window again. As for the food, I was surprised to see that they use some kind of sour dough bread or french bread (sorry I do not know the difference). Usually whenever I order po'boys there, it is served in a hotdog buns. Therefore I really liked that it is served with a different kind of bread other than hotdog bun. The po'boy has a very good amount of huge shrimps. There's nothing special about their fries though. Overall, if they are in the area and I am having po'boy cravings, I will definitely be back.

This day I was fixated on food truck chasing so, I did and was very pleased. Four of my co-workers caught wind of my plans and followed suite. Not sure how location and placement are determined. This was a Thursday. Location was Lake Wright Drive tucked away in a GATED parking lot. I found out later all of my co-workers had difficulty finding food truck too but, still worth it! I ordered the Tripleta to go. It came with chips. I normally like VERY spicy food. This wasn't spicy but, I LOVVED IT! A lot of flavors and A LOT of TENDER meat! I'm thinking the tortillas had to be homemade as they were not like any tortilla I've ever had! THREE meats... Chicken, pork, and ham. The slaw was made perfect! Not too sweet nor too tangy. This dish was perfect! All of my co-workers were so happy with their dishes too! Two ordered the pernil & empanadas. Another ordered the Cubano. Now, I know I saw a pic of the Cubano w/ bread. This time it was served w/ a tortilla. My co-worker wished it was on bread too but, said it was still verrrrry good! Gotta stalk Sofrito more as there are other menu items I want to try! Kudos!!
