When I called Costco he told me he used to work for discount and they would get them to push sales to ppl who didn't even need tires. Andrew also lied about the size of my tires when I went back to my car to check the Costco employee was right about my tire size being 215 and not 225 like Andrew said. It was a complete scam trying to take advantage of me as a woman and rushing with a baby who was starting to get fussy, knowing I'm going on a trip Monday so I would need it done asap and obviously want my child safe. Shady business there. And it was honestly so obvious. He wasn't even good at lying. Took my keys and left. I suggest going to Costco. They have better deals and offer the same warranties. Discount has gone downhill, every time I go in they are wanting to sell me on something. Dishonesty is not the way to keep customers.

Came in for a basic alignment on my wife's commuter car and was worked on right away, no apt necessary and was such an easy process. Appreciate the multiple seating options for waiting customers, especially the large window looking into the service bays. I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

My low tire pressure light came on after the…read morerecent storm and sudden temperature drop, so I stopped in for their free tire pressure check. Apparently I wasn't the only one with that idea because the line was wrapped around the parking lot with at least 15 cars! Even with how busy they were, I was really impressed with the service. Derrick and another young man were outside working the tire fill station in the heat, trying to get everyone taken care of before closing. Derrick explained that since all four of my tires were low, it was most likely due to the storm and temperature change rather than an issue with one particular tire, which definitely gave me some peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly kind, polite, and personable they both were. Derrick had apparently been out there doing this all day, and you honestly never would have known it from his attitude. They were hustling to keep that long line moving, but I never felt rushed or like I was just another car they needed to get through. Huge shoutout to Derrick and his coworker! Working outside in the Phoenix heat, filling tire after tire with a line that never seemed to end, and still treating customers with that much patience and kindness deserves some recognition. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you glad you chose a company. Five stars!

Ron's Tire is the definition of honest, no-pressure service…read more I switched to them about a year ago after getting tired of the attitude I was receiving from another shop--and I'm so glad I did. Today really confirmed it. I found out my tires were wearing out at just 24,000 miles. When I went back to the place I bought them, the first thing I was told was, "You didn't buy the warranty." What they meant was an additional warranty--completely brushing past the fact that there's still a manufacturer's warranty. Then I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait just to have someone look at them. Frustrated, I went straight to Ron's and talked with Tom. Within minutes, he clearly explained the difference, confirmed the manufacturer warranty, and was upfront about what he could and couldn't do since he didn't sell me the tires. And then--without any pressure--he went above and beyond and adjusted my new tire quote to help offset the situation. That kind of integrity is rare. At Ron's: They listen They take the time to check things properly (even test drive) No upselling, no games--just honest advice This is how a business earns loyalty. Ron's Tire has mine!!!!!
