Ordered two double cheeseburgers, two hamburgers, chicken strips and four milkshakes, and it was all delicious!

They advertised on social media, for a limited time "Pineapple Whip". Sounded delicious so headed up with the wife to get some. When i otdered it i was informed we can't make the Pineapple Whip only hard ice cream and shakes. She also stated nothing on the grill could be made. I opted for nothing and my wife ordered a medium hot fudge sundae with pecans and whipped cream. She specifically asked do you have pecans and the server said yes. After 10 minutes the girl leaned out the window and said we have your medium peanut sundae. No pecans, no whipped cream, and 10 minutes to put a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl with fudge, wrong nuts and no whipped cream. There were no other customers so they weren't busy at all. I heard it's under new ownership. The owner better school his employees on how to prepare what people order and if you're going to advertise on social media have the item available for purchase. Really disappointed. read more

The food was exactly what we were looking for. I got the popcorn chicken and a rum Chata boozy shake (so so good, very boozy), and my mom got the taco fries and a burger and they were also delicious and greasy. My mom also got a boozy slushy and it was pretty sweet. The service was ok. We ordered ahead, went to pick it up about 20 min later and still had to wait there about 20 min. I had a great time this weekend at Bob's burgers! My husband got the burger and Mac and cheese bites and it was delicious!! Burger was cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese bites were AMAZING. Do not skip on these!!!! I got the 3 taco platter and it was loaded with flavor!!! You can choose between pork, beef, or chicken. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy. They now have BOOZY shakes and my favorite was the RumChata and strawberry dole whip! I loved the outdoor patio to sit and eat. Perfect place to go with friends on a warm summer night. Went for ice cream tonight. Chose Bob's cause it's local. The service at first was great, and the line wasn't too long. My thing was if you order ice cream, give us the spoons at the same time. They do have a nice patio for seating. Decent place. Food is usually good. Always see lots of families there enjoying themselves. read more

I went to Bobs as usual for dinner with my family. I went to the window to place an order, but no one came to take my families order. As I looked in the window, I saw an exotic looking man seemingly patronizing two younger girl employees. The girls looked visibly upset and were crying. Very unprofessional to be barking at your employees in front of the window for all of your customers to see... We eventually got taken care of by another employee. As we are eating under the pavilion, we see the purple haired man leave the building and hide behind the dumpster. Not sure what was going on there. Regardless, the food was superb. I don't see any posts regarding this so I'll make it. I've come here a handle full of times and not once have I seen a manger or an adult. They can't serve beer or boozy ice cream because they don't have anyone old enough working (that's half their menu). Their food and ice cream is great but the service is horrible. It's high schoolers working without any proper management. Over a hour wait for our food which was 4 burgers and 4 drinks. Then they were missing one burger and waited 10 minutes for said burger. Then we ordered a banana split and shake, another 25 minute wait with melted ice cream it was liquid. I think this place is great but have some structure here, these kids are struggling and trying their best, help them Bob. read more

Paid twenty something dollars for these unedible burgers that were over cooked, dry, tasteless and so tough that they resembled shoe leather. Don't waste your money here. Go a little further down Hwy 61/ 67 in either direction and you can find much better food at more reasonable prices. Ginny's just to the South had awesome food. I actually got my refund back quicker than my order, which was only two sundaes. I would understand if sundaes were an out of the way item, but this is an ice cream joint.... Don't get the reason for the slow times and people were already waiting twenty plus minutes and not even a crowd. Not a game ender, I will try again but not today, I just don't have time. Placed an online order which we placed at 4:40 pm. Stated order would be ready by 4:50. We arrived at that time and waited until 5:15 for the food. BLT sandwiches were without lettuce and tomato (so basically a "B" sandwich), mixer milkshake had the ingredients at the bottom and weren't mixed in, grilled chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, and onion rings were way overcooked. Seems to be a lack of management as it was mostly teenage kids inside eating ice cream (and apparently not worried about customers and food quality). We spent $60 on food, called in 30 minutes in advance to do a carry out order(which they said would be ready in 20 minutes) and when we got there it took an additional 30 minutes to get our food. A full hour over all from order to actually getting it. Our family has been coming here for about 2 years and the service has gotten worse and worse. Best burgers around by far. Think of a SnS burger but 3-4 times the patty thickness - juicy, greasy, and crunchy. Cheese melts immediately between patties. I can't speak to the evening wait - always here for lunch - not super fast but not bad, usually 10-15 min wait for hot food. Good prices. Skip the onion rings as, somehow, they had no flavor (how did they do that?) and were pricey for the portion received. Looking forward to trying a slushee next time; machine was broken on this visit. I under no circumstances would recommend this place for a family. I have tried the place twice. First time we just got two ice cream cones and a concrete! Took over thirty minutes to make and they gave my husband not the right concrete. Second time we ordered 3 snow cones. We waited so long that we just left so 6 dollars gone. A guy before me asked for his money back cause he got tired of waiting for an ice cream cone and there was a whole group complaining cause they still haven't gotten their food. When I heard a new owner took over I was hopeful that they would work on the ticket times. Not the case. Food still takes forever . The food is still decent, but honestly not worth the wait. On my recent visit I ordered street tacos, only to be completely disappointed that they are served on flour tortillas. Every street vendor I've ordered street tacos from in my many visits to Mexico serves them the proper way, on soft corn tortillas, NOT flour tortillas. We also tried the taco fries which were good, but extremely messy. They should be served with a fork . Affordable, tasty little drive in that harkens back to the days of old. This little gem is a great homage to little drive in's from decades ago. The burgers are griddled towers of meat, grease, and cheesy goodness. My pick, the double cheeseburger. They place the cheese between the patties and it creates the best meat to cheese ratio I've had on a burger in quite sometime. Along with the crispy griddled edges, you can't go wrong. Just make sure to stay away from getting lettuce on the burger. They serve them so hot and greasy that it quickly welts the lettuce into something much too warm and wet to eat. The two times I did order it this way, it became stomach turning in a hurry. Now I stick to a burger with cheese, maybe bacon, and definitely some ketchup. Deliciously simple. Other great picks are their cheese fries, curly fries, breaded mushrooms, and fried okra. Also anything on their drink/ice cream/sno cone/slushy/desert menu. You can't go wrong with anything in these sections. Again, pricing is great. Two people can easily leave with a huge sack of food for $10-$15. My only complaint, is that the service is slow. Painfully so even sometimes. At best it's a 20 minutes wait for a couple burgers, at worst I have sat here for over 45 minutes waiting for an order. On occasion I've even had to leave and go somewhere else because the line had completely stopped moving. But if you expect this up front and know it may take a while, the trip can still be very pleasant. Just don't ever go here if you are in a hurry. Cheers! read more
