Every single one of them thanked me for bringing this coffee, because all of us brewed that in our rooms, instead of what the hotel provided. I am going to use their coffee in my small business and we came up with some cool ideas about how to do so. Undoubtedly this is one of the most knowledgeable couples you will ever meet when it comes to coffee. We had such an interesting dialogue about the sourcing, roasting, and marketing of coffee. The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast.
