I had my car towed to Crank-n-Go after a quick Google search as I no longer live in the area and had no idea where to go. I've gone to other Jackson area places when I lived there and nothing but hassle. I digress. Google has this rated at 4.9 and the choice was made. Bill and his crew are absolute gems to work with. He called me first thing Monday morning and asked me what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was nothing good and much more expensive than I had hoped, but that's how it is with cars sometimes. When I picked up my vehicle, they made sure to show me the damaged parts and even lifted the car so I could see underneath. I honestly had never seen the underside of my car ever. They even sealed up a crack in my exhaust that GM quoted me over $2k to fix. The car runs as it should and I have been driving it all over the state ever since. Bill also texted to check up on the car's performance a few days later, which I've never had. Hopefully I don't break down in Jackson again, but if I ever do, it's going there again.
