a tray of fried chicken and french fries

No, nope, never, don't do it. Overpriced food for a long as wait and no seasoning. Food was horrible, not even ketchup or sauce could make it better. What makes it worse is the lack of staff actually working and at least trying to be nice to make it easier on the wait. Dont go there, better off going someplace else, like the pre-made seafood at the shop-rite

Granted, it's been a while since I've been here, but these look like they're HALF the size they used to be....

Not what I remembered from back in the day. Back when I was in high school, we used to go to Bobby Chez all the time. The crab balls were actual "jumbo lump," and were the size of softballs. They were moist and flavorful and worth every penny. I was just here last week. The "jumbo lump" crab cake was not jumbo lump, dry, and about the size of a golf ball. Nine dollars a piece. I got 2 crab balls, a pound of mac and cheese and a small deli cup of cucumber and tomato salad (gross....WAY too SWEET....yuck), and that shit was about $30. It wasn't TERRIBLE, and the crab cake still tasted ok, but the mac and cheese was actually the star of the meal. When you're dropping THIRTY dollars, you shouldn't say that the mac and cheese was better than the crab cake. I won't be back. For $30 I can go get a 24 ounce can of jumbo lump crab meat and make my own crab balls the size of cantaloupes. I think Bobby got too big and is now coasting on reputation. meh.

the receipt for the restaurant

Wow, I've never experienced customer service like this! Ordered a fried flounder from the menu posted in the store on the wall that stated the price was $16.99. I was charged $22.80 at the register. When I pointed out the sign says $16.99, the clerk responded the sign is wrong. I then asked to have it taken off my order and she said it was too late since it has already been deep fried. I called the manager and her response to me was that the sign was wrong, it should say "Market prices", and if you have been coming here for lunch you should have known our prices increasing. Totally missed the point, she said that there is nothing she can do for me. Location: 1330 G Fairview Blvd Hartford Corners, Delran, NJ

Bobby's food is second to none. Fresh, delicious and reasonably priced is how his restaurants have become so successful! We love it here

First off, we've been here multiple times even though it's about a 40 minute drive…read more Service is always quick and there is usually someone around for refills, changing plates, or other inquiries. Food is really good. Even though you cook it yourself, I think the cuts and portions you get are great. Plenty of different meats with fat variety, nice seafood selection, and vegetables (pineapple for fruit is typically great). This location has a liquor license which is a plus. It can be a bit loud if it's crowded due to all the cooking but nothing overbearing.

Friends came to town and I wanted a fun dining experience so I said let's try K-BBQ and Hot Pot…read more(we've all had K BBQ before but never had hot pot). This place is really lively and fun. Walking in the restaurant is spacious and there's cool neon signage and "futuristic" looking seating. The menu can be overwhelming at first glance (well even after first glance lol) but when the server arrived and explained everything we felt better. The entire party has to agree on whether you're having just KBBQ, just Hot Pot or a COMBO of both. We went with the combo. While we were waiting for our food to begin rolling out we decided to visit their buffet (yes there's a buffet in addition to all the food you order). By the time we were back to our table our BBQ and Hot Pot items arrived shortly after. The most fun part was cooking and assembling things ... once you get the flow that works best for you down then you're golden. My favorite was the Hot Pot with the exception of only being able to have one single broth. We definitely had a fun time, great service, and left stuffed. Oh and there's complimentary ice cream cups at the end of your meal. We'll definitely be back.

The staff is professionally and helpful. The market is practicing COVID-19 protocols. It's a fish market, when you walk in, the first thing you smell is the fresh fish, it reminds me of fish markets I went to as a kid with my mom. Fresh caught fish is delivered a few times a week, here. When you place your order, you can have the entire order filleted on site! No matter how many fish your order contains. There is the onsite purchase or the call in purchase. There is a small waiting area to hang out while you wait. You can watch your fish order, get cleaned and prepared, while you wait. Once the order is completed, your receipt number is called, pick up your bag and head home! If you choose not to have the order prepared, onsite, you can do it yourself after you get home There is a nice selection to choose from. (Eg. Oysters, Snow Crab Legs). Check out their website, to see what is available. The prices wont empty your wallet. Not bad for fresh caught fish, prepared for you. This is not a restaurant, you cant order fish and have it cooked. Everything purchased is raw, you cook it at home. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted forms of payment.

I ordered takeout through their website and everything went smoothly. The food was ready on time…read more The food was good. Nothing really stood out to me. I've had better pho elsewhere. I'd like to go back and try some other dishes. The seafood pho was ok. It came with a good amount of noodles and seafood. The shrimp were great. The scallops were tasteless. I really liked the fish ball. The squid was tough and chewy. The broth was great. The accompaniments were fresh - crispy bean sprouts, fresh Thai basil and jalapeños. They did include packets of hoisin and siracha. I also tried the wonton and egg noodle soup. I really enjoyed the egg noodles and the broth had a lot of flavor. The wontons were disappointing but I think it was because of the takeout. They package the broth and noodles/wontons separately. When I tried to mix it together the wontons fell apart because they stuck to the noodles. I liked that the dough was thin but the pork filling was very dense and tough. The dough couldn't hold up to it. The flavors were all there. I would definitely get it again. I had a few of the chicken wings from the appetizer. They were really good. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They were served with onions and peppers and then a sweet and sour sauce on the side. I guess you are supposed to mix it all together. But I just dipped. I wish you could just get the wings at a cheaper price.
