The owner was incredibly helpful and patient with us, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and guiding us to first sets that were perfect for our skill levels. Did know most of the prices she'd go for, the Freddy Funko Pop of him as a captain I asked her she gave me $30 and for the 500 piece soda was for $25 some Pops didn't have prices either since they just got them in or they personally collected but got rid of but just pointing it out would be nice to have everything on the website, I didn't see the ones I bought that day on the website maybe be nice if they can make a categorized website tab by genre like in the store is all categorized correctly by genre. Upon request, she promptly directed me to the Mofusand plushies and a wall of keychains. She took down the plushies from the shelves, so I could take a good look at all of them. And then, I spotted one very adorable Hello Kitty plushie holding a strawberry which totally makes a great Valentine's Day gift. With respect to the card shop, you could get deals across the board. Unfortunately, it looks like that's no longer the case. Apparently they have consignments so can't really get a deal anymore. Specifically Pokémon. Biggest appeal to me was coming in and buying stuff and supporting the store while at the same time not feeling ripped off, especially with the state of most card games now due to scalpers, which I'm assuming is where they get their "consignments". Not our fault that some grown man decided to make a kids game their income but that's now the case. They also sold some expired snacks only, reason they changed it cause the client over analyzed a wrapper and saw. I'd prefer a strict no trading in store policy over consignment any day if it brought back the great deals but at the end of the day it's a business and a business will do whatever to survive a lot like Bricks & Minifigs.
