Review as a guest for wedding catering. The vendors set up wonderfully and a great perk is the extensive menu of both fruit tea, milk tea, and vietnamese coffee as well as most basic boba toppings. Unable to adjust the sweetness or ice, but it's pretty good considering it's catered boba and not too sweet ( pearls soft). The only thing I wish they did was leave extra drinks with leftover mixes/toppings as it would need to be thrown out anyways. But they were good with portion control and decent quality. read more

I can't comment on price, but I've had Bobateani a few times. In general I think their toppings are good and the teas are okay. I think they're a solid choice for events. I gave them an extra star because their service is great. Once we got catering and the people who delivered the drinks were super nice. Another time, there was an intimidatingly long line of people at their popup bar but the person making the drinks was really sweet and patient. Dragonfruit drink: tastes a little artificial, but the aloe has a nice texture. Thai milk tea: tasty standard Thai milk tea. Boba was perfect amount of chewiness. I highly recommend booking Bobateani's services. We had a gender reveal at a park and originally planned on doing a drop off service. Plans changed for a boba bar instead. Set up didn't take too long and they arrived on time. Two staff members came on site and were easy going. The menu offered a variety of drinks as well as coffee option and simple options. Getting the drinks was quick and the wait wasn't too long. The cup also had a custom made sticker of our gender reveal theme. This was a great touch. We did a last call and they were able to handle the two dozen guests that lined up. Their breakdown didn't take too long either. Don't forget to feed your vendors, always offer them a meal. Loved this pop up at my company today! They make their drinks quickly and I waited about 30 minutes in line for my milk tea. The only disappointment was that they had a lot of flavors, but ran out of the flavors quickly and when it got to my turn there was only regular milk tea left. They should really stock more and be more prepared since there was a little less than 45 minutes left of catering. Boba: - Honey boba pearls are good, fresh, and chewy - Original Milk Tea was GREAT, lots of flavor and I can taste the tea - They didn't fill all of the cups completely. On a hot day, this milk tea was so refreshing. I'm a big tea drinker alone and prefer not too much sweetness. know with boba teas, it can get a little sweet. But Bobaeani's were almost perfect. It did not take away the actual tea taste and was not watered down. The toppings were also the right texture (not almost frozen as some places I've been). The set up, as they had traveled to us, was SUPER cute and SUPER clean and fresh. Everything was done to order and made right in front of you. We had Bobateani cater boba at our wedding recently. Their boba bar was a hit! The boba baristas and Alfredo were super friendly, and I really appreciated their presence. The boba bar looked super cool with its lighting and presentation. The milk tea and toppings were AMAZING. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to taste so good.
