Not open on Sunday! A business owner should be responsible enough to make sure their info is right on Yelp. It's 2020! Come on, man!

I've given this food truck two chances at two different breweries, and both times were a disaster…read more The truck looks cool -- graffiti-style with "Hot Chicken" plastered on it -- but here's the kicker: they don't actually serve hot chicken. False advertising right off the bat. On top of that, they can't show up on time. Both times I've waited on them, they rolled in hours late. One football Sunday they didn't even arrive until 2:40 PM... when games start around 11 AM. Not exactly a reliable partner for breweries trying to host customers. Now for the food: honestly, it's nothing like the pictures online. It comes out looking sloppy and unappetizing. Against our better judgment, my friends and I ordered anyway -- and all of us got sick. This wasn't a one-off either. Both times I ate from this truck, I got sick. That's a major red flag. The owners themselves are nice people, but the product and execution are unacceptable. At this point, the health department really needs to step in and inspect this truck because something isn't right. They also have a brick & mortar restaurant in Lone Tree, but after two bad experiences, I won't be going anywhere near it. If I see this truck at a brewery again, I'll be eating somewhere else.

Authentic, homemade, flavorful, inventive and delicious food! The owner, who stopped by our table to check on us and chat, is from Mexico City and brought all the flavors of Mexico to Colorado and I'm glad he did. Good food, good music, good service. Not sure what else you need?! On the small downside, yes it is a little more costly than other places. I think part of that is the location, Lone Tree being in a wealthier part of Douglas County. However, don't let that stop you from going, just plan accordingly.

It's not a traditional sauce that you would have at a typical Mexican restaurant. It's very traditional. I got the taco salad with jalapeno ranch I could have split it with 2 other people and it was very delicious. I was told that the enchiladas were delicious and paired nicely with the rice. Our waitress doubled as the hostess and did a great job. Thanks Ashley.

In the old days, you would have a long waitlist for a table. Not anymore. We were one of four or five tables. First, the good: our waitress was very attentive and kind. Everything about the food and drinks was disappointing. The margaritas were bland and tasted like an orange slice. The menu was limited, and a lot of the entrees were gone. The guacamole was runny, and the salsa was bland. Of our three entrees, the only one that was at least warm was the fajitas, I suspect from the sizzling plate. The rice tasted like it was days old. I will never return and will not recommend to anyone else. So sad!

What a disappointment! I was soooo looking forward to our dinner at Casa Mariachi tonight but our…read moredining experience was marred by the slow service and not-so-great food quality. I thought this place was solid when I got some food for to-go a while back. Ugh!! The only good thing was that we were seated right away upon arrival (it was probably because we were a small group of two people; when we arrived, there was one two-person table available; people with larger groups were waiting in the waiting area.) Our waiter was polite and pleasant and yet his attentiveness was bare minimum. Our food took such a long time before they came out of the kitchen. Whereas my bf's Avocado Tostada plate was decent (I didn't taste it; he said he liked it), my Baja Fish Taco was mediocre at best (the fish had barely any meat in it; it almost looked like a very thin chicken meat that was cooked with absolute stinginess!!) The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because of the swift seating upon arrival and the harp player who performed for the mothers (as it was Mother's Day yesterday.) 25-minute drive on Parker Road from my northeast DTC home surely wasn't worth it; we could have gone to one of the nearby restaurants to satisfy our cravings for Mexican food instead.

We went on a Wednesday evening, and it was packed--we waited about 15 minutes for a table, which speaks to how popular the place is. The salsa, bean dip, and chips were excellent--fresh and flavorful! I ordered a veggie taco and a cheese enchilada à la carte. While the veggies in the taco were fresh, I wish they had been grilled a little more for added flavor. The enchilada was disappointing only because, despite mentioning multiple times that I am vegetarian, the salsa verde came with chicken in it. On top of that, I felt the dish had too much cheese, which diluted the verde flavor that I was looking forward to. On a sweeter note, the churros were delicious, and we really enjoyed them! Overall, this is a warm, family-friendly spot with great service and atmosphere. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the vegetarian mix-up and a few details in the dishes, but I'll definitely give Casa Mariachi another try , perhaps it was just an off night due to how busy they were.
