Their drinks are always great! It's my daughters favorite place to get her boba. My personal is the crème brûlée with boba while my daughter loves brown sugar with boba, although they no longer have the egg pudding we was her favorite. Staff is always kind and the service always feels prompt. Can I make one quick suggestion. When ordering online can you put them with boba already please, like the crème brûlée with boba? Hands down the best boba place I've been to in such a long time! I was confused walking in as the menu seems to be similar to Krak Boba. They have a wide selection to choose from and everything always tastes fresh. I didn't see any indoor seating so it's more of a grab and go spot. Staff was super friendly and helpful! read more

This is a new boba spot in Torrance next to HomeGoods at Crossroads, so I had to try. I ordered the Matcha Storm with Oat Milk. It was delicious, the caramel balances the matcha really well. They offer almond, oat, and soy as milk substitutes (for 65¢), which was a relief! The boba itself was A+, it was what I like to call "Al dente"-- not over cooked where it's too soft and soggy but not undercooked where it's hard to chew. Whoever makes this boba knows what they are doing lol. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the drink was on the high end (for me) $8. Given it is one of their specialty items and the milk substitution, that's understandable in this economy. I think I would stick to the cheaper options though like milk tea or fruit tea. Parking; this is in a large plaza of other popular stores like Petco, HomeGoods and more so it might be a little tough to get near the stores but otherwise it's a short walk to any store Service: really good! They were really helpful in recommendations and quick service. Inside : an average size bubble tea place but it's large enough it won't feel overcrowded even if there is a line . Everything is clean and I love the imagery of dogs and cats. It's super cute! The decor fills the space without being too much. The full window front helps a lot on making it bright and open Ordered : bobahi creme brulee tea, oat latte with coffee jelly. Both 25% sweetness Creme brulee: its totally my fault but this was a lot sweeter than I thought it was gonna be. But ofc, it's creme brulee so I just got the wrong thing for me. But it might be great for someone with a sweet tooth! The tapioca balls I ate from this was pretty good Oat latte with coffee jelly: this was my partners drink but I drank some it was delicious! It used to be Krak Boba but now it's BobaHi. They kept the same menu. I love their creme brûlée with boba! It's most definitely sweet but it's so good. The size of the cups are pretty decent too. I haven't gotten anything I disliked. The drinks are delicious! Highly recommend. read more

As their name would suggest, their boba is a little less traditional. That said, it is delicious and a bit addicting. The Taro Twist, for example has real ground tarp throughout. King Brulee so incredibly sweet. Every sip contains more sugar than you should consume in an entire week, but the brown sugar is caramelized and there are bits of crème brûlée in every sip, and it's so good you won't want to put it down. A lighter option is a thick and creamy Lychee Yogurt. You can truly taste the lychee, and the yogurt balances the sugar without making it sour. I like my milk tea with half sugar or less, but believe me when I say the drinks at Krak are SWEET. Sweet and delicious but loaded with sugar so consider if it fits your personal preference. Disclaimer aside, with fantastic ingredients and standout flavors, addiction is inevitable. read more

Krak Boba has made its way to Torrance Crossroads, a large shopping plaza on the south end of the city. Parking is okay, there's lots of spots available but there's also lots of shoppers at almost any given time. So it may just depend on what time you visit or how lucky you are. The inside space is a bit tight, especially when it's crowded. There's a couple of stools and bar seating by the window. Online ordering is available at toasttab.com/krakboba-torrance Krak Signature Milk Tea and Winter Melon Milk Tea were both adjusted to 75% Sweet and Light Ice. Taste-wise, it was more milk than tea flavor unfortunately. The boba had a good chewy consistency. It wasn't too sweet, I think they could've soaked it longer in the syrup bath. We order the Thai Milk Tea (Light Ice, 50% Sweet) without boba, but it was included by accident. They were kind enough to remake it, but forgot to adjust the sugar level because it was sweeter than the 75% sugar drinks. The second visit was more enjoyable. King Brûlée 50% Sweet was creamy and caramelly goodness. Dragon Slayer 50% Sweet was fruity and refreshing. They say the third time's a charm, so I might have to try again if I'm back in the area. read more

They are still having a soft opening and will be opening officially the 4/2. Right now they're having a promotion of buying 2 get one tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and 50% sugar. It was alright. I'm usually for less sweet drinks and I'm surprised that this drink wasn't sweet. I even usually have to order 30% sweetness. I think this drink may have needed more of the brown sugar for my 50% request. The boba could have been more also. Texture at least was chewy. My coworker got the king brûlée and hers looked really good, with flan and boba. She also said it wasn't too sweet. And we got the lychee green tea with lychee bits- 100%. That was good. I recently visited and unfortunately had a pretty negative experience. Grace S. and Alexis P. were the two employees on shift. While waiting for my drink, I witnessed a customer politely mention that her drink was made incorrectly. As they started remaking it, the Asian girl (not sure which one) loudly said, "I hate people," which was completely uncalled for. Whether she meant the customer or not, it was just inappropriate to say after someone comes up with a correction. On top of that, my drink took a long time to come out. When I asked about the status, I noticed it had just been sitting there, who knows for how long. The white girl working told me, "We just have so much going on back here." Honestly, it didn't seem that busy, and if handling the pressure of a small boba shop is too much, maybe they should consider working somewhere more relaxed, if that's even possible. It was an overall disappointing experience. There are plenty of better boba options in the area with good customer service and frankly better boba. The logo is cute though. read more
