First time at Boba X/Asia Mall on Thursday 11/13/2025. Loved the taro coconut milk with mochi. Got 50% sweet, no ice, and subbed soy for regular milk. Perfect amount of sweetness, could clearly taste the taro flavor, and the mochi was soft and chewy. Much better than a similar version of taro mochi milk tea I had earlier this year in CA. They have a lot of food options in addition to drinks. I didn't order any food but hope to try it in the future. Easy to order on the kiosk or at the counter. Drink was ready a few mins after ordering from the kiosk. Though we walked around the mall, we did notice seating and that it was mostly empty. The only downside is the drink was pricey at ~$9 so I'm not sure I'd be a regular. However, the drink was a solid 5 stars so I would make the occasional visit. read more

Their self service kiosk and ordering screens make for a true "mall" experience - efficient for ordering and helpful to see all the boba drink options in photos, though there is no service element for the ordering process. However, it's a real person making the drinks! I've ordered from here twice now, and my experience both times has been a touch slow to receive my order and pretty standard boba options at a slightly higher price than some other spots. I'd recommend going a bit lower on the sweetness level when ordering here! Overall, easy spot to stop for boba in Asia Mall. read more

I had decent hopes for Boba X (formerly Uni Uni at this location), but I was really disappointed with my drink. Service was fairly slow... several orders placed after mine were completed before I received mine, even though the shop wasn't very busy at the time. I ordered the taro coconut pudding milkshake. My drink wasn't properly sealed and, unfortunately, I couldn't taste any taro or coconut at all. For an $8 drink, I expected better. read more

This bubble tea store is located inside the asian mall. Upstairs next to the eateries. There's 2 options to order your drinks, kiosks or cashier. There were 5 kiosks available and I quickly hopped onto an open one. I ordered the lychee peach green tea with lychee and mango jellies. My daughter ordered Taro milk tea. I was surprised to see they offer food as well, just appetizers. Once your drinks are ready they will call your name on the order. read more

Ordering from the kiosk is convenient, but like many you can expect a very long wait. Seemed only 1 person was making the drinks on a Saturday. Somehow our number was skipped. After 45 mins of waiting someone came by asking if we ordered food or drinks and our number. Then just walked away without saying anything about why our number was skipped or if she'd take care of it right away. We didn't get our drinks until another 30 mins. The drinks weren't event sealed properly. read more

Upper level boba tea spot at the Asian mall. Self order kiosk with pictures makes it a breeze to order your drinks. Have tried several flavors so far with hits and misses. Personally like my drinks less sweet and they do offer it less sweet on some drinks. Tend to prefer the taro drinks than the fruit-like drinks. read more

Do not trust anything they have posted on their website. I came here two consecutive days and they were closed or about to close even though their hours indicated they were open. In this case, we got here at 7:25 but they tell us they close at 7:30 (the website says 9pm) . It's not even 7:30 but everything is shut down. What a horrible experience to have two nights in a row. You can order to-go boba via kiosks that are easy to use - there are 4 so it keeps the lines short. There are lots of milk tea options as well as steeped teas, smoothies, and a variety of toppings of flavored boba. It's nice to have the option to customize ice and sweetness levels and whether you want a hot boba or iced. It does take quite a bit of them for them to make the orders - not sure what slows them down, but it's tasty! Fun spot with a quick ordering process so you can walk around the mall with your teas! read more

Slow and rude service. Took 25 minutes for a few dim sum balls. Staff attitude was rude. Better options even in the Asia Mart. When I asked for a refund they would hold my money 7-10 business days. This was the second time and also the last time I would get boba tea at this location. The boba tea I ordered was subpar and the customer service was very bad. Boba was switched to some other jelly without telling customer and the syrup added in the beverage was much more than requested. When inquired about the issues, the person in charge was very rude with bad attitude. If the store owner or the franchiser cares about this brand, I suggest you go to this location and try the experience as a customer yourself. I would give a zero star if I could. read more
