It was my first time, and the many worker there seemed too busy chit-chat by them self and didn't pay attentions a customer in the front, nor greet the customer at all. I went up there and ordered anyway. It seemed a customer could get a stamp card but no offer neither. Since I ASKED them if I could order the boba tea, I didn't even ask for the stamp card. Boba is delicious here. They have a variety of flavors, my favorite is matcha taro smoothie with boba. The cafe is quietest on weekday mornings but gets pretty busy on weekends. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! :) The staff is extremely friendly and gives great suggestions if you ask them. I used to live close to here so this was the only place I would go for Boba. The milk tea is amazing, it's not watered down as some places. I just read some reviews about price change, which is kind of sad because that's what I loved about the place as well, but honestly, I'd still go here over other places cause of the quality of their drinks. Sadly, I don't live near the area now so I won't be able to drive that far :(! At first, Boba Mocha seems like just any regular bubble tea place like Quickly or Sweet Hut but after coming there the second time, I realized that Boba Mocha has so much more to offer its customers than just good bubble tea. I came not too long ago with a group of coworkers. I wanted to try something different and was suggested by someone from the group since she's a regular customer there. My first impression walking in was that the cafe had a nice "feel" to it. The interior was very bright and lively, unlike other places like Quickly. I ordered the peach milk tea and it wasn't something I'd expected. The owner, I believed his name is Ken, saw my distaste and told me that he would make another one for me, free of no charge. I still wasn't happy with the second one, so Ken persisted that he would keep trying to make it right until I was satisfied with what I paid for. I was really surprised and touched by how friendly and caring the owner and staff was toward me, and I'm sure with every other customers too. This is the first place I'd seen where the staff and even the owner himself bring your order to you unlike most places where you would have to go pick them up at the counter. They make small talk with you and make you feel truly welcomed. They are very patient and will assist you with picking your order if you are indecisive most of the time, like me. I would have to say Boba Mocha is now one of my favorite place and I strongly recommend all of you guys to come if you're looking for a place to kick back or socialize with friends. read more

Boba Mocha is a little cafe area located in Duluth area. What I like about this place is that when you first walk in, the decor is simple yet romantic. The owner of this business is very friendly and always checks up on you if you're doing okay. It's a quiet place where you can get your work done or even go on a date and hang out with your friends. Their bubble tea is great and normally I usually get their matcha green tea with boba.They have lots of options for their drinks and special add-ons especially for their coffee and teas. Along with their awesome selection of desserts like their fried banana with ice cream, they have a variety of ice cream options as well. My co-workers and I stopped there for a quick lunch as well and I do not recommend their food. I understand that this is not a gourmet or an authentic restaurant but the food was not impressive at all. I was highly disappointed cause the food I got was totally disgusting. I got the Japanese curry with chicken. The chicken looked as if it came precooked and sliced w/ grill marks from a Tyson bag. No potatoes, carrots and onions in it. But it did have bok choy. They'll prepare (and fix) your drink the way you want (i.e., less sweet, almond milk, etc.), and they use real fruit too for the smoothies!
