A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car. read more

Their Milk Tea was not very good... It was very overly sweet and didn't taste good in general. Their service was quick but i feel like the place their located at just wasn't good if felt dirty and the counter tops felt sticky. Cool little shop on the corner of a food plaza in the mall! Really bright colors attracted my attention as well as the giggly employees. They let me sample the tea and boba before I bought one and briefly explained their menu to me. I got a Thai tea with boba because it was brewed tea and actually tasted like tea. Yes it was a bit sweet for my tongue even though I enjoy sugary treats. I WOULD recommend this place not only because the ladies were welcoming and the tea taste like tea! If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. The girl who helped me ignored me for a good 3 or 4 minutes before she took time to take my order and my sisters. When asked a question she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. The icing on the cake is when she threw my receipt at me instead of handing it to me like she did to the customer behind me. I was never rude or impatient. My sister and I were having a great time until we made the mistake to go here for drinks. I sure let her have a piece of my mind after I watched her make our drinks which she messed up on top of everything else. No surprise though. Business ran poorly means terrible employees. My bill was $5.38 I gave her $10.38 but they said because they put that I gave her $10.00 instead she couldn't give me a 5 dollar bill back because of protocol! It is a boba tea place in the food court. The prices were about as good as That Boba Place. There were no other people there so there was no line and no wait for the milk tea. The drink tasted different than normal so they might use a different base than other locations. It tastes less dairy. There are some PokéStops in the food court as well. read more

Maybe it was an off day, but I won't ever get milk tea at this mall again. The cashier literally ignored me (I was standing in front of her and she avoided eye contact and didn't say anything) for roughly a minute before she realized I wasn't going away. I ordered a taro milk tea with Boba, as did the man behind me ( side note: he asked what taro was and her response was "the purple one" ). She put both our drinks out at the same time, but didn't specify who's was who's (I didn't know if he asked for anything special in it), and was annoyed when I asked. " yes...they're the same..." I walked away with mine only to find it gritty and warm. It tasted awful (and I love taro, so I was very disappointed). I usually have no problem with subpar food / drink if customer service is great, but here both end of the spectrum were dark. Avoid it. read more

I was not happy with this place. The drinks were not legit. I got a match green tea ice blend and it didn't even taste like green tea. It was really sweet. I asked what it was made of and they said it wasn't real green tea that it was an imitation green tea. Also when i got my drink it had blue food coloring not sure if they add food coloring to make the tea green. They don't even have other milk options they only had whole milk. The boba was not good either. I tried getting a refund but they only do exchanges for another drink. So i traded it for a Thai tea ice blend but it was still really sweet. The customer service is terrible in this location. The girls take a while before they acknowledge any customer. They will look right at you but won't say a word and just ignore you. Today they were out of medium cups so I had to get a large. Prices have changed which is understandable things are more expensive. I paid extra foe boba. So $7.00 for a drink. I waited 17 minutes. People that came after me got there drinks before me. They ran out of boba so I didn't get any in my drink even though I paid extra for it. Last time I came here same thing happened except I paid for the drink and waited 30 minutes and the girl forgot about me and even questioned if I had ordered a drink. She let her friend take over while she left to get them food. She gave me a smaller drink and when I told her it was wrong she gave me an attitude. Even though I tipped them and spoke Nicely. This review is solely for the Strawberry Milk Tea. The cashier was friendly with me so that was fine. However, once I saw them putting in powder for each of the milk teas they were making, I knew it was most likely not going to be good. Once I finally got mine, I took a sip and did not like it. Ordered a mango milk tea with boba. Before I ordered the drink I asked the zombie cashier what flavor she recommended between coconut, mango or taro. She rolled her eyes a few times and then spoke!! The lady at the counter is nice, she smiles a lot and is pretty nice. Ordered a cookies and cream with boba and it was $4.49. Pretty pricey for a regular. The large wouldve been $4.99+0.50 cents for the boba. Theres only one person working so it could be bad if it got busy. They also sell fresh fruits and chips! Overall customer service was great! I love boba milk tea just about anywhere I can find it but somehow they managed to get it so wrong. I visited on July 8th at 1:00pm. My taro milk tea tasted like warm milk on ice with chalk powder. When I took it back thinking maybe they just got the mix wrong and would try again on a new one, they dumped my cup into a blender (cross contamination!) added ice and threw it back into a cup. This time it tasted like warm watery milk. The cashier seemed to care less. Zero stars for customer service. 1 star for boba bubbles that were the right texture. I'm a big fan of boba but this place has the worst I have ever tasted. First of all the flavor selection was close to nonexistent and the flavors they did have tasted horrible. I tried the taro and melon which were on ice and not blended when I had asked for it to belnded. The tapioca pearls were over cooked and mushy. I literally took two sips and had to stop because they were so gross. The customer service was horrible as well when I asked the older man a question he answered it rudely after ignoring me for more than five minutes.
