I am a regular customer that visits twice a week. The staff is always friendly. When I walk up to the counter they already know my order. My favorite beverage is the Milk Tea Frappe with Boba. My husband's favorite is the Horchata Frappe Light. read more

The honey due milk tea one was SOOOO good I recommend going to this place it's so good! The worker was so nice. I love this place

A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car. read more

Green Apple Slush : I mean you can't mess it up.. it's literally syrup and ice lol Tai tea : gross. Literally no flavor which doesn't make sense since it's a black tea base Wasteful - she left like half of my slush in the blender and filled my cup with a full layer of boba juice (which you should know lady barista that only makes my slush watery) Probably won't return- i would rather make the drive to boba tea house on Blaine read more

Slush or Snow not good at all. I order 3 drinks, the flavor or flavoring was awful. The size they serve is large, should not be paying almost $30 for that. read more

I will admit my first experience here a while ago wasn't the best but I was in the area and noticed the staffing and employees were different so I decided to give it another try and I ordered a coconut milk tea, and a mangoneada. I was glad to hear they had it because last time they sadly didn't and I will say that I will definitely be going back again. The service was also very nice so and the drinks tasted great!! read more

Cool little shop on the corner of a food plaza in the mall! Really bright colors attracted my attention as well as the giggly employees. They let me sample the tea and boba before I bought one and briefly explained their menu to me. I got a Thai tea with boba because it was brewed tea and actually tasted like tea. Yes it was a bit sweet for my tongue even though I enjoy sugary treats. I WOULD recommend this place not only because the ladies were welcoming and the tea taste like tea! The boba was cooked very well, no one likes over cooked or under cooked boba and they nailed it. Great shop but not the best. read more

Boba Express - Quick fixer upper away from home - Bubble Tea Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Their Milk Tea was not very good... It was very overly sweet and didn't taste good in general. Their service was quick but i feel like the place their located at just wasn't good if felt dirty and the counter tops felt sticky. If you like sweet i recommend the Milk Tea because that's very sweet. The Milk Tea is the first and last one i will try. Thank you for your service though Boba Express! read more

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. The girl who helped me ignored me for a good 3 or 4 minutes before she took time to take my order and my sisters. When asked a question she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. The icing on the cake is when she threw my receipt at me instead of handing it to me like she did to the customer behind me. I was never rude or impatient. My sister and I were having a great time until we made the mistake to go here for drinks. I sure let her have a piece of my mind after I watched her make our drinks which she messed up on top of everything else. No surprise though. Business ran poorly means terrible employees. If you want to get an overpriced drink that doesn't taste like it's supposed to, this is your place. read more

Terrible service manager their has no customer service at all. My bill was $5.38 I gave her $10.38 but they said because they put that I gave her $10.00 instead she couldn't give me a 5 dollar bill back because of protocol! I told her she wouldn't be short or over. She said they would have to do the work! Then she clapped her hands and said rudely OK have a good day!!! And walked Abruptly Away! I guess I can't blame the uneducated and ignorant. read more

It is a boba tea place in the food court. The prices were about as good as That Boba Place. There were no other people there so there was no line and no wait for the milk tea. The drink tasted different than normal so they might use a different base than other locations. It tastes less dairy. There are some PokéStops in the food court as well. read more

Maybe it was an off day, but I won't ever get milk tea at this mall again. The cashier literally ignored me (I was standing in front of her and she avoided eye contact and didn't say anything) for roughly a minute before she realized I wasn't going away. I ordered a taro milk tea with Boba, as did the man behind me ( side note: he asked what taro was and her response was "the purple one" ). She put both our drinks out at the same time, but didn't specify who's was who's (I didn't know if he asked for anything special in it), and was annoyed when I asked. " yes...they're the same..." I walked away with mine only to find it gritty and warm. It tasted awful (and I love taro, so I was very disappointed). I usually have no problem with subpar food / drink if customer service is great, but here both end of the spectrum were dark. Avoid it. read more

I was not happy with this place. The drinks were not legit. I got a match green tea ice blend and it didn't even taste like green tea. It was really sweet. I asked what it was made of and they said it wasn't real green tea that it was an imitation green tea. Also when i got my drink it had blue food coloring not sure if they add food coloring to make the tea green. They don't even have other milk options they only had whole milk. The boba was not good either. I tried getting a refund but they only do exchanges for another drink. So i traded it for a Thai tea ice blend but it was still really sweet. Do not recommend this place read more

Ordered a mango milk tea with boba. Before I ordered the drink I asked the zombie cashier what flavor she recommended between coconut, mango or taro. She rolled her eyes a few times and then spoke!! Wow anyway she said "the mango and coconut are both popular... The coconut tastes like candy, the mango is sweeter" ummm Sorry but the taste was not good... Did not taste like mango and the boba was really sticky and forever chewy...I couldn't finish the drink..I tried to like it..but figured the little man in trash can would enjoy it a bit more! Thumbs down on this place...ewwww read more

The lady at the counter is nice, she smiles a lot and is pretty nice. Ordered a cookies and cream with boba and it was $4.49. Pretty pricey for a regular. The large wouldve been $4.99+0.50 cents for the boba. Theres only one person working so it could be bad if it got busy. They also sell fresh fruits and chips! Overall customer service was great! The drink was actually pretty good! And the boba was on point! Will definitely come back! read more

The customer service is terrible in this location. The girls take a while before they acknowledge any customer. They will look right at you but won't say a word and just ignore you. Today they were out of medium cups so I had to get a large. Prices have changed which is understandable things are more expensive. I paid extra foe boba. So $7.00 for a drink. I waited 17 minutes. People that came after me got there drinks before me. They ran out of boba so I didn't get any in my drink even though I paid extra for it. Last time I came here same thing happened except I paid for the drink and waited 30 minutes and the girl forgot about me and even questioned if I had ordered a drink. She let her friend take over while she left to get them food. She gave me a smaller drink and when I told her it was wrong she gave me an attitude. Even though I tipped them and spoke Nicely. Honestly they really need to do better when they hire employees. Also if your using cash pay attention cause they give back wrong change. read more

This review is solely for the Strawberry Milk Tea. The cashier was friendly with me so that was fine. However, once I saw them putting in powder for each of the milk teas they were making, I knew it was most likely not going to be good. Once I finally got mine, I took a sip and did not like it. I hate throwing things away but I couldn't drink it. It was extremely sweet and powdery. I didn't want to ask for a refund so I just left. Wouldn't recommend it. read more

Good place, simple drinks and polite ,they explained everything well, Especially because a lot of people dont know how to order boba.

The drink was horrible I went today on 04-30-2019 the drink tasted like syrup I would NOT recommend this for anyone after I drank it 3 minutes later my stomach felt like I was getting punched it hurt so bad. I ordered the watermelon slush with bobas and the bobas did not taste right either. read more

I love boba milk tea just about anywhere I can find it but somehow they managed to get it so wrong. I visited on July 8th at 1:00pm. My taro milk tea tasted like warm milk on ice with chalk powder. When I took it back thinking maybe they just got the mix wrong and would try again on a new one, they dumped my cup into a blender (cross contamination!) added ice and threw it back into a cup. This time it tasted like warm watery milk. The cashier seemed to care less. Zero stars for customer service. 1 star for boba bubbles that were the right texture. Zero stars for milk tea flavor and consistency. read more

This place is gross. They don't know how to make boba tea drinks. They literally scoop boba and pour milk in it. It's disgusting. Not true Asian inspired boba tea shop. It's a cheap knock off. Don't waste your money or time. If it's not Asian worker or Asian owned....its not real boba tea drink. read more

I come to the mall just for the cookies and cream with boba!! Its delicious!! The caramel with boba is also amazing. My favorite boba spot ever. read more

I gave 2 stars because the customer service was really good, but the product was really bad! I ordered a milk tea boba and it was horrible! It was too sweet that I couldn't even drink it. The tea in it was not good either. I ended up throwing it away after 2 sips. The boba wasn't good either. read more

The boba is cook good not to soft or hard. I ordered a Thai tea. I wasn't impressed when I saw the girl pour it out of a jug already premade. It tasted horrible nothing like my average Thai tea. Also it's $4.49 for a large size! Too expensive for bad quality definitely won't go back. read more

I'm a big fan of boba but this place has the worst I have ever tasted. First of all the flavor selection was close to nonexistent and the flavors they did have tasted horrible. I tried the taro and melon which were on ice and not blended when I had asked for it to belnded. The tapioca pearls were over cooked and mushy. I literally took two sips and had to stop because they were so gross. The customer service was horrible as well when I asked the older man a question he answered it rudely after ignoring me for more than five minutes. Please save your money and go else where. read more

Never coming here again. Popped in for a tea before heading home (admitedly only 5 minutes before closing) and was informed very rudely that they were already closed as they always close at 8:56pm (cashier's words, not mine). Not only does that smell like BS, but they were still open and it would have only taken a moment to make me a tea. Seeing other terrible reviews doesn't surprise me now. Yeah....I'll be buying my boba tea from somewhere else from now on. read more

I hate the cashier that was working today. she had black and blue hair, cake face looking she was a Hershey's cookies and cream chocolate bar, with her stupid hipster glasses. so damn rude, there weren't even any customers after me and she was rolling her eyes at me because I had multiple drink orders. this place could've gotten a 2 stars for quality and taste, but trust me it's not worth it, go to cafe gossip, they're drinks taste way better. read more

The first time I tried this place the Taro slush with boba was bland. Then today I decided to try the Taro snow with boba for 3.77. I am disappointed again that the drink was not creamy and was bland again. The boba was good. read more

The orange slush had a terrible after taste and the boba was either old, or not prepared well.

I got the taro tea and added boba. I find it laughable they don't price the teas to contain Boba or pearls already. So odd to me. It was super bland and warm. I could hear one or two ice cubes rattling around in my drink. I took two sips and tossed. It had a powdery taste. The boba/bubbles were firm and how they should be textually but lacking any sweetness or flavor. Literally the worst Boba tea I've ever had. OK read more

Honestly this boba was not the best the tea was nasty and the tapioca balls were hella hard :(

Well I tried the honeydew milk tea a few weeks ago and I was excited they serve soy milk. Now that's all I want but I have tried going back three times and every time they are out of soy or something else. The last three times they were rude and the cashier was like a zombie. She just stares at you read more

I have been looking for a good boba in Moreno Valley. This place was by far the worst so far. You make ONE thing here why is NOTHING fresh? I took about 5 sips of my Thai tea thinking it really cant be as bad as i was thinking it was. I ended up throwing it away! The boba was very mushy, old or over cooked there was no firmish center. And the drink was chalky and just gross. read more
