I should have read the reviews before looking for this place because I drove up and down the shopping area scratching my head as to where this place was located! Then it finally hit me, I was like I bet it's inside the supermarket. Sure enough it was right at the front. Useful tip here, CASH ONLY. Damn I had forgotten I'm in a Vietnamese area, they never take credit cards! I had to go next door to Lee's Sandwich and use their atm machine, $2 charge! For those who are wondering: it is located inside the supermarket next to Lee's Sandwiches. There's no seating area. FYI: Jasmine Milk Tea is the same as Tapioca Green Tea except Jasmine Milk Tea doesn't have tapioca. Tapioca Green Tea is sweeter, but it could be because of the boba. In all honesty I only go here for their Thai Iced Tea Slushie! Oh man, its the most amazing thing on this planet! I haven't tried any other items, but they have a variety of other options to choose from. In addition, I must say that their bona is quite amazing. It always taste fresh and soft (just how I like it.) The staff isn't always smiles and butterflies when I order, but its lucky for them that I care more about my Thai Iced Tea Boba Slushie. Hahaha. I love the Jasmine honey green tea and the Milk Tea. All their drinks are strong, not diluted like some Boba places. Feel like I'm not getting ripped off. I also love their boba - sweet and perfect firmness. I think the person who said their boba was frozen might have ordered a frozen drink...that has happned to me before where the boba gets too hard. Some stuff here is OK, but the alleged papaya juice I just got deserves a minus 5. Yuk. How come the only places that I know of that make really great papaya juice are in Manhattan, namely Papaya King and Grey's Papaya? Do they have a secret formula or something? Went grocery shopping with my dad and I was in the mood for some boba. I never tried this place before but it's actually pretty good, considering the price on the drinks. I always try milk teas as sort of an "initiation test" and Boba Corner 2 passed. Maybe not with flying colors but it was a decent drink. I ordered a Thai tea with boba and to be honest, it was the boba that won me over. It was soft and chewy, better than most places. If you ever find yourself in Tuan Phat supermarket and want to try a new boba place without breaking the bank, don't be afraid to try some of their drinks! First time I entered the market and saw Boba Corner I was all giggles. Very happy to find one close to me. I go there at least twice a week for my favorite Jasmine tea with Boba. Don't like the drinks. Honeybuns ordered a lemon tea, and I got a milk tea. The lemon tea tasted like chemicals, and Honeybuns couldn't drink it. So he went back and got a plum (ume) drink, thinking that you can't screw up ume. Uh, the ume tasted terrible too. My milk tea was definitely from a powder, and watery. I've yet to give their snacks a try, but I like getting some regular milk tea or strawberry slush with boba to drink while I'm doing grocery shopping. The menu's pretty extensive, all the typical flavors you'd expect that come in milk tea, snow bubble, smoothie, slush etc. and besides regular/mini tapioca pearls you can ask for rainbow jelly, grass jelly, egg pudding, taro pudding, etc. etc. you know what I mean. I've up the number of stars on here because I am now a regular, getting the milk tea with mini boba every week. Unfortunately, I've tried some other places and the boba came out dry in the middle or hard or the milk tea was just horrid. Therefore, I am now a die-hard fan of this place. They know me now and for the most part, the drink comes pretty quick. The boba drinks here are pretty good overall besides the frozen boba balls (crunchy and cold, gross) near the bottom of the cup. Nasty. The boba on top is awesome and delicious but they really need to make sure the rest of the boba is thawed. I did not ask for a frozen surprise. read more

Cheap prices for drinks but it tastes so horrible! I ordered a Mango Green Tea and it was way too sweet! Asked them to fix it for me and all they did was water it down. So now I'm literally drinking water and mango syrup, no thank you. I rather pay $4-5 for a drink that is made properly. read more

This is my go to boba place when I'm craving black milk tea. I've been coming here for 6+ years. Yesterday I came here with my bf to get some drinks, and literally saw the guy behind the counter picking his nose for a good 15 seconds before he looked up and saw us waiting in line. He then proceeded to ask us what we wanted to order, and acted like nothing happened. Didn't wipe his hands or wash them. How gross! We walked straight out. Once we finally parked, because no one moves their carts out of the empty spots, we walked in and we waited in line. We ordered and I pulled out my card only to be told it's cash only. this place is located inside a supermarket, and it is quite hard to miss because you will see it once you walk inside. ordered a tapioca milk green and apparently the lady just gave me a regular boba milk tea lool? well the drink tastes just like any other regular boba milk tea except its on the sweeter side. the boba is sweet as well, but i do not believe it is honey boba. prices are pretty cheap, reminds me of tapioca express or lollicup prices. read more
