LOVE this place!! Definitely going to become a regular at this adorable spot. Fast, lovely service and great prices! Not to mention, the food and drink are amazing! My favorite is definitely the coco coffee which comes blended. DELECTABLE!!

Less than half way full if you order no ice drink.

I was craving Boba and went to this shop today. I ordered Passion fruit green tea with boba but no ice. This is what I got - less than half cup they give you if you order no ice drink. The owner not even informed/ warned the customer they will do that to the customer if they order no ice drink. They put the seal without telling customer what's going on. I was shocked when I saw my drink with less than half way full. This is too cheap and I paid $7.80 for this drink. Ok this is will be last time I come here and I advise the viewers do the same!!

We got the Smashed Avocado. It was refreshing and delicious but I think it'd be absolutely amazing if it had lychee jelly and some toasted coconut shavings. Everything inside was clean and pretty. Staff was nice. They have free wifi there and some outlets so I will definitely be coming to study and do work there! The menu also shows they have Vietnamese food so I'll have to try it out sometime! I'll be back to try the coffee series and fruit series

Hokkaido Milk Tea with honey boba and Strawberry Tea with popping boba

I was looking for a new spot to check out that not only had good options for milk tea, but a little food as well. BobaBay was fairly close to where I was at so I made the drive over. The location is easy to find and parking was no problem. There were even some restaurants near it I had not seen before, but that's for another day. Right when we walked in I loved it. Service was wonderful. Not only did the person working the counter greet us the other person in the back came out to say hello as well. I was pleased to see they offer Hokkaido Milk Tea and honey boba as that is my favorite combo . House Teas are usually great too, but Hokkaido is definitely my go to. The location was cute inside and even had a nice spot for instagram worthy pics with neon light board and all. There were some game options or sit and play as well. I'd read about the egg rolls so I placed an order or try those as well. My son chose strawberry tea with strawberry popping boba. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. The egg rolls had the perfect crunch and flavor. The sauce to dip was yummy as well. Three egg rolls come per order so if other group is larger I'd order more of course. Music was playing, but not so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Great stop.

Been wanting to check out new boba spots on this side of town and came across BOBA BAY! Cute, Clean , Cozy spot with plenty of parking. We ordered couple brown sugar milk teas with boba , thai tea with boba, Viet coffee and couple banh mi aka sandwiches along with popcorn chicken. Would have to say Viet coffee was great, milk tea and Thai tea were good however boba could be softer. Customer service was excellent both ladies very personable and kind. Out of the beef and combo banh mi, we enjoyed the combo more as it was more tasty in our opinion and tastes like the OG banh mi we grew up loving! Now popcorn chicken could be crispier and more flavorful , and that was prob our least favorite. But we definitely will be returning to try other things on their menu :)

Great locally owned boba and Vietnamese food spot. Drinks are good and are not too sweet. The food is delicious and hit the spot. Finally a Vietnamese spot with good banh mi for the west valley!

Large Iced Ube Coffee

My husband and I have been searching for a boba/latte spot on the west side. We came across this on Apple Maps and WOW. 10/10. Upon entering the sweet lady at front instantly greeted me and is very kind. The store is clean and has a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I ordered a Large Ube Coffee and got my husband the Strawberry Matcha Latte. These drinks are the best on the west side! The coffee is a nice rich and creamy and smooth tasting. Paired with the Ube just takes it to another level. We are now forever customers! Can't wait to come back! * Strawberry Matcha Latte drink not pictured because my husband drank it so fast because he loved it so much. *

I wasn't impressed at all. Priced too high and drinks were not very good. I wouldn't recommend.

It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!

Hard and flakey on the outside was soft on the inside and then it had vanilla cream or you had a choice of Nutella. I'm really glad I do not live anywhere near this restaurant. Otherwise I'd be there every other day, getting one of these, they were so good. They had gelato and an original cannoli among with so many other desserts! You got to pick your shell and filling for the cannoli. My MIL said their gelato tastes like it did when she traveled to Italy. All of the desserts looked AMAZING. We went there with my MIL for Christmas Eve dinner. My dish for dinner was ok but I should have got the lasagna as it was a smaller portion than what everyone else got.

You get to put what and how much you want on your frozen yogurt. I had creme brulee' yogurt, cookie dough & boba. There's candy toppings, chocolate bars, gummies, fruit, you name it. If you are health conscious, they do have a nice menu describing calories, vegan options and allergy info. The young lady at the front counter was not so friendly, but was attentive and constantly cleaning and keeping the topping station orderly and topped off. The place was meticulously clean and everything in order. Nice place to stop for a treat!

We're talking Eclipse vanilla, Eclipse chocolate (both non-dairy + vegan), DOLE Whip pineapple, plus sorbet options. That's range. The MVP for me? Eclipse vanilla. Creamy, smooth, classic soft-serve texture without that weird aftertaste some non-dairy options have. It honestly tasted indulgent, not "substitute-ish." If you didn't tell someone it was vegan, they probably wouldn't guess. Toppings were solid too -- I appreciated seeing clearly labeled vegan options (carob chips, etc.), which makes it easy when you're building your swirl masterpiece. The vibe is your classic self-serve yogurt stop -- casual, quick, easy. Perfect post-dinner treat or mid-day sweet stop. If you're dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, or just want options, this place actually delivers. I'll absolutely be back for that Eclipse vanilla.
