I was referred to this shop as the guys that take pride in restoring older vehicles. They certainly did that. Drew listened to what I wanted and got the team onto it without delay and I am more than pleased. I've done some body work and paint prep myself and I know what I'm looking at. This shop cut no corners and made sure that I was happy with their work. Special shout out to Brian who did a helluva paint job!

He sent me a text message that he has a check for me after he got caught so I told him to mail it, and he never responded. I called a week later, and he is refusing to mail it due to a paper trail. Had no problem texting me that he has a check but had no intention on telling me he wasn't going to mail it until I called. He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop. Rex has better lawyer up because he is going to be shocked when he gets his subpoena and has no pants left to wear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

He didn't charge anything ahead of time, even though he had to order parts. He had my car done by 4pm on Tuesday and was polishing the headlights when I arrived (not a part of the repair, he just noticed that they were foggy, which is so nice). He charged exactly what he quoted me, and my car looks like new! I would absolutely return, I'm impressed with their speed and the price seems really fair.

They take the time to explain what's going on, answer my questions, and make what could be a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I recommend Klaus 100 times over! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Finding an honest, trustworthy, and caring auto shop is priceless, and I'm so grateful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend!

A year ago I took my truck there for dents and scrapes from a hit and run parking lot incident. I was so impressed by their work I made a decision that this would be my "to go" body shop. On my first visit I got estimates from two other body shops and KLAUSE beat them out. Their professionalism, expertise and time efficient management has made me a trustworthy customer for years to come.

I often cringe whenI have to take my car in for body work as it's usually some greasy guy behind the body shop who can't even look you in the eye as he is smoking his cigarette. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT CROWN! After a dissapointment no-phone call return from Lokey Collision for 2 weeks, I emailed Crown and within 24h I received a phone call from Lynne Dixon to set up my appointment. They have A CAR RENTAL/Enterprise company on site and with one swift phone call, I had an appointment and car rental waiting for me in 2 weeks time. On arrival, they are busy- cars filled the lot. But rightfully so as they did a great job. After a no-hassel rental from the Enterprise company desk right in the Body Shop, which is a delight in it's own way as I appreciate the Professionalism provided in renting with Enterprise, I stepped aside 5 feet and dropped off my car. I met face-to-face with my contact Michelle Trippi, expressed some of my cocerns and questions and overall it felt comforting to leave my car with them. I had to call to get updates but it was informative. They had stated that they did not like to quality of the aftermarket part and had to send it back, which is comforting to me that they informed me of this rather than just accept some cheap part. I picked up my car 2 weeks later and had a visual inspection with Michelle which was nice as well. They expressed that they stand behind their worksmanship and any concerns would be addressed at anytime. It was overall a very seamless and no-stress repair. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a much-loved vehicle and doesn't have time to deal with irresponsible Automotive repair/service representatives and constantly have to worry about "what are they doing to my car" while it is in their hands. For those who own an Infiniti, don't waste your time with Lokey Collision, the manager, Josh D. won't even return your phone message or emails.
