From our first conversation, I had a good feeling that he was a straightforward and honest person, and that impression has proven to be accurate. Their pricing has been very fair compared to the other estimates I received. They also have their own dedicated tow truck, which made the entire process much more convenient. Most importantly, they were honest about whether a repair was worth making or whether it would be better to consider other options. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I highly recommend EATC to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reasonably priced repair shop that puts honesty and customer service first.

I asked him to give me the bottom line on a transmission so I could be prepared, 6,500. After receiving my car Nick called me asking why I thought I needed a transmission so I explained it to him. Fast forward my transmission is fine, I needed mounts. MOUNTS!!!!!! Under a 1,000 with an oil change. He could have put that transmission in and I would have never known it wasn't needed. My car drives beautiful . So good to know there are still honest people that you can count on. I will recommend Nick and his crew to everyone...10 stars

Although I won't call him out regarding his shop because I don't know how he runs his business, I…read morewill call Jimmy out on something he did just last week. I called him regarding a C4 core unit that I needed parts out of, and he told me he had 6 of them. After asking how much he wanted for one of them, I agreed on price and asked if he could run it by my shop. He seemed to be in a bit of a hurry when he arrived, so we basically unloaded the unit from his truck, I paid him, we talked for a bit and then he left. After a while I closely examined the unit and discovered it was a C5 and not a C4 which I specifically requested. After calling him back he hung up the phone on me and [refused] to address the situation. I can't say that I'm surprised however, as I have known Jimmy since 1986 and I clearly recall a 50-dollar bet we made on the function of a Mitsubishi transmission years ago. After I presented a tech manual showing that I was correct, he [refused] to square up on the bet. I really hate calling people out on the internet, but this was a hose-bag move. He knew damn well that unit was a C5 before he brought it to me. Maybe he's desperate or something, but I'm going to leave this post up here until he 'man's up' and gets this corrected AND pays me the 50 bucks he owes me on that bet. The thing is with me, is that I never forget. What a weasel!
