I called these guys because of their excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I moved here from Boston, and drove down in my 2016 Toyota, so I wanted to have the oil changed and the fluids checked, and find a local mechanic, not just a quick-lube. I called and spoke to Juan and explained this. He understood what I wanted and we made an appointment. When I went in, Jeremy took care of me. He changed the oil and filter and cleaned the air filter. He also noticed another issue, and referred me to a nearby shop to do it. He was accommodating, helpful and did the work quickly--at a great price. Not only that, while I was there another first-time customer was buying new tires. She thought there was a problem and challenged Jeremy. He calmly explained to her the work he had done, and showed her on her car. Andy Piazza, the owner, and his mechanics are all great people who also know what they are doing. The first few times I used them nearly four years ago, I obtained multiple estimates for whatever work my vehicles needed. They were always competitve or less expensive. After the first 6 months, I stopped bothering with any other shops. The only place to which I will bring my vehicles is Andy's. Work is always done when promised. I love that I am always "in the loop" regarding what's going on...in other words, these guys actually communicate with their customers. AND...they will tell you if you don't need an expensive repair that you were sure you needed! They will explain what needs to be done and why, if you're mechanically challenged...and they will give you options if it is a situation where there are choices. If you need a mechanic you can trust, which we all do, go here and you won't be sorry. My girlfriend has been using him for years and recommended him. I know a little bit about cars but not much. Was having an issue and was convinced that it was my alternator which is a pricey fix ($500+ most likely) no matter where you go....turned out, I was wrong, I was low on a fluid I can't remember because it's been 4 months. He changed my oil as well that day and I walked out of there with a $40-50 bill when I thought it was going to be at least 10 times that....we all have concerns about mechanics when you don't know much about cars, you can trust this guy.
