Dwayne and Todd were AWESOME. I wish I knew where Todd went after Dwayne sold the business and retired. These new people tried to take me for four new tires. I only had about 2000 miles on two of the tires, with more significant wear on the other two. They told me that the belts were splitting on all four tires. Took it to another place and got two gently used tires to replace the TWO which were bad for around $95. But at least they were nice about trying to get $600 from me ... read more

I reached out on a Wednesday afternoon for four new tires of a particular size and brand (Ironman, 20"). I was in a pinch, as I realized my tires were in rough shape right before a big trip. Lisa ordered the tires for me, and said they'd fit me in the next day to get them on my car (I thought there was no way they'd get the tires in time). Sure enough I showed up the next morning and the tires had already arrived! Despite a packed schedule, Lisa and crew got the tires on my car by the early afternoon. The price was extremely reasonable, and the new tires really saved me on my trip, as we hit a big snow storm up north! I'd highly, highly recommend these folks for your next tires! read more

Honest and knowledgeable. Bright in a flat on my week old car. They could have soaked me for a. New tire. Instead the found a small nail which they removed. They were able to patch the tire and the liner. They charged me less than $70. Used them before and will use them again. read more

I came in with a screw in my tire so expected to wait. Todd the manager was very polite and apologetic but yep, had to wait a bit. Nice day out so waited outside but they have a nice area with TV, comfy chairs and magazines if that's your thing. After a short while, nice young man came out, got our car and whisked it away. Before I knew it he's back and handing me the keys. Quickly donned my COVID mask, paid a reasonable bill and on our way. We may need tires before heading home in Spring and Seminole Goodyear will be my first choice due to their outstanding customer service. But I'll make an appointment next time. read more

I've been here two for a tire replacement. Both times I've had a nail or a large gash in my tire needing a quick repair. The second time I needed a replacement they were an hr wait so I drive to 5 other shops up and down Seminole Blvd. After getting multiple opinions and quotes Goodyear happened to provide the quickest turnoaroimd for the absolute best price. Got to love this place. Great sitting area. Made a Appt at 11am and got a same day APPT at 3:30pm. Also cheaper than the other guys down the road. Dwayne the owner took the SUV in right away. Online said about a hour for a alignment and tire rotation to get done. Then 45 mins later its finished. That's Amazing service. Its been a very long time since I have seen service this great at a tire and auto shop. I will be a customer for life. So if you want quick quality service this is your place. Terrible experience. They lost our hubcap. Then, they included random charges on the bill. My 20-year-old son was the customer. He did review or question the bill, due to his lack of experience with business dealings. When I went in store to discuss with manager, he ended up yelling at me, making a scene because he was offended I would question a hefty charge for a warranty, not discussed with my son.
