Great experience! Went in for an insurance repair. Estimate was quick and easy. Worked well with my insurance carrier and was able to get two estimate increases approved due to concealed damage that they found when starting the repair and removing the bumper. Repair was perfect. Can't tell anything happened except the bumper is brand new and spotless. You can even pick up and drop off rental cars at their location which is a nice bonus and huge time saver with all the extra steps involved due to COVID-19 at Enterprise. Customer service beyond repair was top notch too. I saw a spot on my rear door that I had not noticed before dropping the car off. Before they could even check the photos showing condition of the car when dropped off, the manager was at the car buffing out the mark. It turned out the spot was actually there when I turned the car in. It was my error. They didn't wait to see the "before" photos before they fixed it. That is customer service! Sure it only took 2 minutes and some rubbing compound but normally the first reaction is to say they didn't do it. In this case they were not responsible at all but rather than prove that they went into action fixing it. I will be back and I will be telling my insurance carrier how great they were to work with. read more

TLDR: They never did a proper diagnosis of my vehicle after the collision, and I took it elsewhere to have additional repairs done. My overall experience with Caliber Collision wasn't bad. The customer service was okay. Communications during the service could have been a lot better, but the service performed on my car was neglectful, and I wouldn't recommend Caliber to my worst enemy. Caliber Collision did the body work on my vehicle and sublet the mechanical work to a tire shop. They did a fabulous job on the body work but seriously dropped the ball on the mechanical needs of my car. It wasn't until the tire shop couldn't get the alignment finished before someone actually took a look at the suspension assembly and found that my vehicle needed a new control arm and engine cradle. My car was in the care of these two facilities for 40 days, and after the service was completed, I was experiencing a vibration coming from the drive shaft. I contacted Caliber about this, and we arranged for a test drive, which resulted in an assumption of what was still wrong - the hub and bearing. Sure, it was an educated assumption, but I didn't feel confident that the drive shaft didn't need more attention. I took my car to my dealership and asked for a proper inspection and diagnosis, and they discovered three more components in the drive shaft that needed to be replaced instead of offering me "Yours cars got 30k miles on it, you're going to start hearing sounds" to which I'd like to remind them that only broken parts make sounds. Caliber Collision had the time and the means to get this done right, and simply choose not to. read more

At first caliber collision was on it! Sending me notifications, keeping me in the loop, helping get my car towed to their shop. However, the longer my car was there the more issues I had. I had an estimated date of completion. Okay, perfect. The week of my estimated completion I was notified that the replacement bumper was damaged and had to be reordered. Again, no harm no foul. I get a message two days later stating it was in, and should be done at the beginning of the following week. Never got another update. When I called them they stated the bumper was on back order. So, which was it? Damaged or back order? Followed by we'll call you back. Never received a phone call. Call them two days later and they can't figure out where the wire goes for my day time running light after four people have looked at it. Finally I get my vehicle back without the light being fixed and stated they'd call me when their technician is in and can fix it. In the meantime, there is grease all over the inside door on my tan interior. It's been a headache. read more

We would like to thank Tony for his kindness, diligence & honesty. Our vehicle was referred in as a glass insurance claim. Turns out it was denied & we were told by the glass company it might be extremely large repair. During our panic, Tony-suggested having another glass vendor look at the vehicle. The other glass company was able to work with Caliber -Largo and our total repair cost was less than our deductible and repaired quickly. We definitely recommend Caliber Collision Largo& ask for Tony ! The Hughes Family read more

I went in for an estimate and body work for a very minor issue. Despite everyone telling me companies would estimate way too high, Christian was very honest and immediately took care of the issue. Hopefully, I'll never need more body work but if I do these guys are the ones I'll use!! Very professional. Very clean. Great waiting area. Highly recommend. read more

Caliber has not returned my car after minor fender bender, 6 weeks later, they have done nothing but given excuses. Do Not Use!

Friendly professional staff. I was impressed with the level of service provided. Highly recommend to my friends and family

Would absolutely recommend Largo location to anyone. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful and definitely care about you and your vehicle. Unfortunately second time in a year I had to be there, but both times was a great experience. Being on crutches, they even cleaned the inside of my car... what a surprise to me that was and totally appreciated. The whole team there gets an A+ from me and will recommend anyone who has to have work done to go there. read more

It took 60 days to complete an eight-day repair. While my car was in their care it was involved in an accident. Worst experience you could have at a auto collision center. The only bright spot of my experience was Vanessa who works the front desk. She was able to keep me calm throughout the entire process and was the only employee to keep me informed of what was going on. She was my ray of sunshine in the turbulent storm in which I was stuck in the middle of. read more

I almost got killed, they forgot to install nuts holding my right strut assembly shock tower. the bolts started to back out after six months. I've had to take the car back about 8 to 10 times!!!! . I was told that my car would take 3 days to fix. As I took it in at noon on Monday I thought that Thursday would be the first day I might get it back. It was ready on Wednesday and all aspects of dealing with staff at Caliber were first class with the customer being the focus. Highly recommend if you have the unfortunate need to use a collision facility! read more

I am upset, they work directly with insurance carriers and are fantastic about that but they overestimate. Our truck was stolen and there was some damage, but they ended up totaling the truck because the estimates were a little out of line. For example a $550 radio suddenly became a $1,800 radio. If you are looking for honest estimates please be sure to go here an one other place because something is a little out of line. read more
