Do not recommend. If looking for an ac replacement i suggest you find someone else. They are quick…read moreto take the money, but when fixing the problem they leave you hanging. Will update the review with further details and outcome. Paid 18k 2 for a Ruud 2 stage 4 ton system that is unable to properly cool (That was just for the main house have invoice). Two weeks later and 6 techs visit later (each time confirmed something was wrong with the system (Bad wiring job, low freon, kinked lines, bad tsx, bad handler) and I still have a system that runs non stop and is unable to cool the house during the day. I have learned more about ac than any homeowner should probably need to. With the outside temp being 91 degrees the inside struggles and runs non stop and is unable to get below 75/76. 94 degrees and is unable to get below 78/79. I have been leaving the system at 70 as advised, by the time 12 pm comes around i see the inside temp climbing. I've been told there is a 20 degree difference max that it can handle, but the math is not mathing to me. if is 91 degrees it should at least get down 71 instead it only gets down to 75/76. My old unit use to run for about 16 hours a day and was able to keep temps 75 or below on 96 degree days. Condenser is located between two houses and sun does not reach it until about 3pm. When i informed them it was still not working i was told it could now be my duct work or windows. Windows were all replaced brand new with hurricane grade panels, no insulation missing in the attic, confirmed no duct leaks, i have ridge vents in the attic, never had an issue this bad in the past year my wife and i have been living here. I am now forced to pay another licensed company for a second opinion as to what the issue is as now that they are going to route of blaming something else not related to the install just to skirt the issue.
