Michael was patient with me the whole time, picked up my tone and my concern and calmly broke down the process and updated me as they made progress. He won me over as a customer

So I called to ask about this (kids & tRump don't really go together) and the man that answered my call at the dealership got all fluster & said I needed to speak with someone else about that, he didn't know anything about that and then very cowardly hung up on me when I asked to speak to that person. Perhaps they should have told the participants NOT to fly those flags. That this isn't political, (giving to sick children) but alas they didn't. I would have left my complaint there, on the phone. Called three different times to get information and try to set an appointment (it was a little troublesome to schedule an appointment, but we settled on a time and date. Weekend wasn't possible because it was "a little too busy"). When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service. Maybe Greg is a joy to work with, but I won't go near this place. I am spending money on a car this week. They just lost it.
