    Gross broccoli.
    Jackie B.

The broccoli that was served with my meal looked like it was leftover from the night before and rotten. They should not have ever been put on the plate. The veggies in general were all like this. The quality of our food was not great. Very disappointed in this location.

Hi, I rate places based on where I am, I can't compare a small town (well, sometimes with New York City or Los Angeles). So, there I was in rural Kentucky, Paintsville to be exact and dropped in at Bob Evans for lunch. The resturaunt was immaculate, hostess greeted us with a big, welcoming smile and seated us. The waitress, attentive. The food, looked and tasted better than "chain" resturaunt food, it was correctly prepared and tasty! It's the only sit down restaurant in town, but those of Paintsville are very lucky, they are doing it right at better than fair prices!

Turkey and dressing no Broccoli and dressing it was missing , TV dinner is better then this ,

The biscuits and gravy were the bomb. The cappuccino had ready whip instead of foam. The waitress was delightful. Very warm and kind.

The local hostesses are great, and the food is almost always very good. It's also pretty clean, which is a plus.

I don't know how this is in tiny little Corbin, KY but I'm SO glad we found it via Yelp, & yet…read moreagain the great reviews were very trustworthy. We stopped in on a Saturday evening right after opening time, hoping we would be able to get a table. The place was mostly empty, but WOW was it gorgeous! So much decor, and not a speck of dust or cobwebs on any of it. Looked like a victorian era mansion inside the dining room they took us to. It was all autumnal decor, so beautiful! The place is probably an old department store or something with many different rooms, each with its own decor theme; lots of space for special events. Some families were seated in private rooms. I walked through several of the other rooms and they were all decorated for different holidays, Christmas & Halloween mostly. Although those rooms had a lot of kitschy decor, they were also very beautiful. There were giant carved fireplace mantles, grand pianos, a hall of mirrors, and gorgeous carved wood antique furnishings everywhere. We were coming from a family reunion & a trip to Cumberland Falls, so I feared we would be underdressed (and felt we were a bit), but the staff was very welcoming and we had no problem being seated. Several other diners were dressed very well, and others were wearing jeans and t-shirts. It appears to be a very popular date restaurant, and it would definitely be a great romantic spot for a special dinner. The server was quick, efficient and friendly and made good suggestions. We ordered side salads which arrived quickly and were beautifully arranged. Super fresh ingredients, and delicious dressings. My husband kept exclaiming it was the nicest side salad he's had anywhere, so he was apparently pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken piccata, and my unadventurous husband had a burger. He liked his burger, and ate most of it. My chicken piccata was excellent! The generously sized two pieces of chicken were a bit thicker than usual for piccata, but they were cooked perfectly. Crispy exterior, and very tender and flavorful on the inside. The sauce was a bit thicker than normal piccata sauce but man was it good, and they did not skimp on the capers, which is my favorite part of the dish! It was served over a delicious rice blend which went so well with the sauce and served as a nice foil to the rich saltiness of the chicken. I ate way more of it than I even intended to and was stuffed. As much as we ate for dinner, unbelievably, we forced room for dessert and got an amazingly good chocolate cream cake of some sort which had thick layers of whipped filling between layers of chocolate cake, all topped with ganache. It was like a homemade hostess ding-dong, except way more moist. We ate most of it, despite our full bellies. My husband also raved about this cake, which is unusual because he usually hates things with whipped fillings, but he loved the cake & we had it eaten in no time. Finally, when it was time to pay the bill, it was actually a lot more reasonable than many other places that aren't half as good. Server did a great job. We were super happy with our dinner experience, and both of us agreed that Seasons is a major blessing for downtown Corbin. We will definitely stop in again without hesitation. We walked off our meal by meandering around town in the beautiful evening weather, ending up a block or two away at the pinball museum, so we had a fun date night, all in downtown Corbin!

One (or maybe only!) fav place to eat at in Inez…read more I found this place 5 years ago on a market visit and since then, I've had a chance to visit it 4-5 times a year. :) It has a lot of history associated with it... Ms. Ida apparently hosted a lot of VIPs there. Looks-wise, it is nothing much. Decor-wise even worse.. pretty shabby looking furniture n all. But the food is amazing! I went there today at lunch with colleagues.. I ordered their best item I.e. Chicken salad on a croissant with seasonal fruits. Other things ordered were Teriyaki Chicken with seasonal Veges, double party hamburger, turkey burger and hamburger steak with fries and bun. Everything was great. Freshly made food in adequate quantity. Other awesome items on their menu are the onion rings and the mouth watering bread pudding.. the best I've had in WV!!! Service is slow at the best of times but pleasant. The lady at the counter needs to smile a bit and be less off-putting. The venue has an upper floor with a terrace for outdoor seating area.. is pretty to sit there in fall or when it's raining. The upper floor is also used/booked for meetings and events... but the food/catering needs to be from there.

There is shaded and sunny seating areas outside and table service once you have made up your mind. They brought out water for the pups which was nice. We shared a 3 meat platter for the very reasonable price of $18. The brisket was tasty but cut strangely. The pulled pork was good and a huge portion, and the baby backs were the best thing I tried. They had a sweet sticky sauce and came off the bone nicely. The rest of the sides were also good. Nothing spectacular but I have nothing negative to say. We came here after the summer boating season was over so the ice cream pickings were limited. Our server was Lexie and she was sweet. Another employee also tended to us a bit and he was very helpful. So if you are in the area and need a sturdy meal, stop in.
