Visiting from South Florida where in my area there is no such thing as drive through fast food pasta, I was SUPER EXCITED for this experience! I ordered the Loaded Fettuccine, got back to my hotel, and dug in! Only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the flavor of the Alfredo was a little bland. I have already reviewed Fazoli's in Paintsville on Google but decided to make a Yelp account just so I could review it again. My dad and I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Today is December 13th 2022 and decided to get dinner at Fazoli's. Jake took our order and he was SO nice and helpful as always. Another extremely nice young man, I'm so sorry I didn't get his name but he was very tall with glasses, brought our food to us and checked on us several times while we were eating. Every time we go here to eat, both these young men are always working and they are always helpful and very gracious! The food was served within a couple of minutes and it was delicious, my dad is extremely picky when it comes to pasta and he loves every dish he has ordered in Paintsville over the last 4 years. A out of state basketball team came in and the tall young man with glasses took care of them. I never saw him standing around or not working. We were there approximately 45 minutes and him and Jake both were constantly moving around staying busy, you can tell both of these young men work very hard. I also want to brag on the kitchen workers for making our delicious meal! Everything down to our bread was perfect! I could brag on this restaurant for days because they definitely have a great group of people working together to make Fazoli's of Paintsville a great place to eat. I'm so sorry about not knowing the other young man's name but I have the upmost respect for him and Jake both for making our stops there so fantastic. We have eaten at every restaurant in that area but Fazoli's is by far the best! Thank you for your hard work and delicious variety of food! We will definitely be back!! read more

Small bowl of noodles with very little sauce, salad was good breadsticks was greasy oily. Spaghetti wasn't done with only a bout a teaspoon a sauce. I noticed other customers asking repeatedly for breadsticks. Cherry Coke was excellent right there again manMaybe one star because of the lack of sauce. read more

$5 lunch is great and it's great price. I ordered the house salad, lasagna, and drink plus free breadsticks. Price with tax $5.45 I don't know if this place is under new management or what because it's 100% better than it was a few years ago. I honesty quit coming here because the food wasn't that great and it wasn't very clean. It's spotless now and the service was excellent! I was asked at least four times if I wanted more breadsticks. Had dinner with my boyfriend here today because it's one of his favorite places, but we won't be going back ever again after today. First off, service wasn't good. The girl acted as if we were a burden from the start. We get our salads and what do you know, mine has a black hair in it. (I don't have black hair). We get our Chicken Parmesan and the chicken just tastes off. Very weird taste. Microwaved TV dinner chicken tastes better than that and that's supposed to be 'fresh'. The whole time my boyfriend and I are eating, we are being given the 'side eye' by the woman who took our order and stared at by a guy also working there. As we're sitting there at our booth, 3 employees are gossiping and complaining about the family that just left (a man with two older boys and a baby) because of a mess. All in all, this was a horrible experience. Bad service, bad food, and very unprofessional staff. Ruined Fazoli's for me. ‍ read more

The carpet in the dining room was dirty with scattered pieces of food and trash. The drink dispenser was partially out of order. There were dirty dishes and cups sitting on some of the tables. The restaurant was somewhat busy and we sat at a table that had dirty dishes piled on one corner. While we waited for our food, a server walked past but didn't offer to remove the dirty dishes. When the server came to deliver our orders she turned and was going to walk away without taking the dirty dishes. We had to ask her to take them. An employee of a restaurant should not have to be reminded to remove dirty dishes from a table where guests are sitting. This restaurant is poorly managed and the young staff is not properly trained or supervised. The Fazoli's menu has enough appeal to keep the doors open. read more

If you are not Italian or have never eaten Good Italian food you might like their " food". the pasta was obviously par cooked and reboiled on order. sauce not cooked enough. salad paultry. I would have gladly paid more for edible food! Never again!! read more
