Best Giovanni's I have ever sit down and ate at. Always the best service and very quick. Keep clean and a friendly group of servers.

Giovannis's is horrible anymore, this was hands down one of the best places to eat. Key word WAS. It's not just this location, Giovannis's has changed there pizza dough and it taste like it is mixed with garbage water, there pizza sauce has also changed it is not very good either. I sure hope everyone complains to get the old recipes back from a few years ago. And bring back the big pepperoni, this little Cesar knock off is heartburn city just like little Cesar. read more

The food was awful! We got a family size chicken Alfredo with garlic bread with cheese. The chicken Alfredo was still cold and runny inside we couldn't eat it. I asked the employee if that's how they make them and she's like well we don't make them a lot so we just make it like it says. Alright so my husband gets a sandwich it's good. We decide to get a bbq chicken pizza to go since we wasted $32 on the Alfredo they didn't cook and they had this disgusting show on the TV while we was trying to eat it it was of kids having infection and stuff like staff it's not the best thing to watch while trying to eat. Anyway we get home and the pizza wasn't even cut. I will say it was better then the Alfredo I also tried to reheat the Alfredo and it was still awful just a waste of money. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and explained what happened she did say she'd give me 5% off my next order but 5% isn't worth losing money on food you can't even eat. I told her she needs to let her customers know that the food may or may not be done and it's not their problem. That I wouldn't be eating there again! I spent over $70 on the pizza, Alfredo with garlic cheesy bread and and sub sandwich and it was wasted money! Please don't waste your time or money eating here! read more

Today I watched as a worker put her hands all over the food to see if it was still warm enough to serve. When the server came in from outside she also started putting her hands all over then food to determine if it was warm enough to serve, all without washing her hands. I watched as she then carried this food to the table. I brought all of this to the "manager's" attention. He seemed like he didn't care at all. At least three people participated or knew of this behavior. None thought to do anything about it. I forgot to get the servers name she was blond very pretty I think it started with a C but most of all very excellent service. Food was fantastic not to long of a wait. Could tell she loved her job. Others were great too recommend this place 10/10. Deffinately coming back to see her. Excellent cheese sticks!!! read more

There really aren't very many places to eat around this area, so the fact that there's food here already earns it a star. :P We came here for a pizza buffet at lunch! Prices are very reasonable, considering that it was all-you-can-eat. (Just keep in mind that you shouldn't be expecting gourmet artisan-crafted pizza.) They have a variety of pizza options, including a dessert pizza. They also have a salad bar, which was definitely a nice option, but the tomatoes I had tasted a little questionable, so I just stuck to the pizza. Good place to go if you're hungry. You can also opt for a regular pizza instead of a buffet, and if you're feeling ambitious, they have a ginormous 33"(?) pizza that you can order! I'd give this 3.5 stars, so I'm rounding up. Would round to 4 if they had straight-up separate veggie pizzas and meat pizzas! (I'm told that's what they usually do, so maybe it was an off day!) I can't eat pork, so I had to pick out most of the meat from the veggie ones if I didn't want to only have cheese pizza. Service was quick and friendly! read more

First trip to Louisa. Great pizza and service. The place was popping on a Thursday night. Thin crust is the best choice.

I've been told about how amazing this place has been for years and after we've spent the weekend down here visiting family we finally made it. It had just opened when we came in. The staff was friendly and told us we could seat ourselves. We ordered the $20 special which provided us with a small cheese breadsticks, a large pizza and our drinks. It definitely lived up to what I had heard. It was delicious. read more

This place used to be a good place to eat! Takes forever to get someone on the phone when placing an order, poorly organized during this pandemic (food is cold due to waiting so long in pickup line), dining area has been closed during pandemic supposedly for remodeling, food is not nearly as good as it used to be but sometimes I luck out and get a good pizza. read more

Review of Giovanni's of Louisa, KY from Saturday 8/27/22 since they deleted my review twice and blocked me from their FB page. First, if you select do not recommend when reviewing them there will still be a star showing up that you do recommend them hence their 4.9 out of 5 star rating. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom calzone for dine in. When it came to the table, which was very fast, the cheese was not melted and was still in shredded form. I sent it back to be put back in the oven. When it came back to the table it was better, but still not totally melted. I decided to keep it and when I got toward the middle of the calzone the crust was still doughy on the bottom after being in the oven twice. The inside of the restaurant looked good inside so a thumbs up for that, but thumbs down on food quality as before. If you want a done crust you had best ask for well done. This was my personal experience with them and the review I had posted! I will never darken their door again for deleting honest reviews and blocking a 35 year customer of this establishment!!! read more
