This is NOT an RV park or bed and breakfast. Got scammed by them for several hundred dollars. They show you pics on their webpage of nice cabins and green grass RV spaces but beware, there isn't a blade of grass in the area and the cabins aren't much bigger than garden sheds. There is nobody even there. They have you check in online the day BEFORE you arrive so they have your money and you can't back out. We arrived early evening for our planned week long stay only to find the office is about a 6x6 garden shed size box and the only thing in it as the office sign in the window. Didn't know our site number but there was only 4 open so picked one. We would have left but it was evening after a long drive. It was so small we could not open the cargo doors. Most of the 15 or so spots are filled with very old, dilapidated trailers with junk everywhere. We thought it looked like a tweaker park. We packed up and were gone by 7am. Worst excuse for an RV Park ever. Promo photos show level gravel sites with luxurious lawn patios. In actuality, there are 16 sites, 13 of which are occupied by permanent residents. The sites are not level, and the lawn has been overtaken by Russian Thistle. Dirty diapers a empty plastic juice bottles littered our "front yard." I would not ever recommend this RV Park. read more

My husband and I checked in a couple days ago and I can't say enough about the owners. Old-fashioned hospitality at its best. The grounds are extremely clean. The Wife makes some amazing desserts and pastries from scratch. We are staying in the RV park with our travel trailer but can't wait until our friends and family come up and stay in the small cabins they are very clean and adorable. Wow. The best. So comfortable I slept like a baby! You drive up a long dusty road, seemingly in the middle of nowhere and come across 6 or so adorable cabins, that have every amenity you could possibly think of. There is also an RV park, and if I had an RV, believe me this is where I would be staying. Not only were your private cabins adorable, well decorated, and cozy, but they make you the most amazing Swedish breakfast in the morning. So many home made things I can't even describe. I had read about the breakfast on Yelp so made sure I was hungry when I went and I'm glad I did. I will definitely be back anytime I am passing through and need a place to stay, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cedar City. read more

We stayed here one night passing through in mid May. What a fantastic surprise. We opted for one of their cabins as they were practically brand new and super clean. As mentioned, the couple that run this are from Switzerland and they have very high standards for cleanliness. We were finishing up a two week tour from Yellowstone and can say this was by far our favorite RV park. First off, it's quite small and not much for onsite activities other than mother nature itself. This is more suitable to my wife and I; quiet, clean, and simply close to nature. The big surprise was the next morning they make this incredible Swiss breakfast, much of it was homemade, from the Mueslix, Cheeses, Sausages, baked goods (best croissants!) plus coffee and juice. All included and the company was even better to hear their story how they went from Switzerland to the small town of Cedar City in Utah. They are avid hikers. These are the kind of businesses you want to see succeed. Our dogs loved having more room to spread out for the night. read more

I miss the delicious coffee and breakfast at this place. They have a machine that makes perfect cappuccinos, cafe macchiatos, or plain old American coffee in an instant. The breakfast consists of homemade bread, croissants, Swiss cheese, sausage, antipasti, yogurt, muesli (basically a hearty concoction of fruit, yogurt, and grains--which I found delicious), and hard boiled eggs. If you wish, your hosts will make eggs to order, as you like them. There is often cake around, too. The cabins--your room--are just the most unique and wonderful accommodation. The feel is rustic, but it has all the comforts of a modern hotel room. But better because you have more independence, privacy, and the ease of driving your car right up to where you are staying, making disembarking a breeze. (No trudging with your stuff through a smoke-filled hotel lobby, or waiting for your bellhop to bring it up). The bathroom, albeit tiny, was my favorite: It has a heat fan which makes it extra cozy getting out of the shower or bathtub, even though it was generally 80 degrees at this time of year. I imagine it would be especially welcome in the winter. You also have a refrigerator and microwave, as well as an instant coffee maker, if you are so inclined. Everything is so clean! I mean, immaculate. I dig that. There is a television, a very comfortable bed, and a great view outside. You will feel like you are camping, but with full modern conveniences, i.e., "glamping." The owners are very down to earth, and trustworthy. Be warned the internet connection is slow. You should arrange for your own connection through your phone's hot spot. But you're not here for that! Get out and enjoy the beautiful Utah outdoors, or its great indoors, at the local Shakespeare Festival each year. You will be pleased to return each night to this unique spot. read more

What a find! The owners, the Ewans, went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the spotless and beautifully comfortable chalets to the stunningly delicious home-made (including home-made sausage) breakfast we couldn't have asked for more. I have a dairy-free diet but couldn't resist trying the famous muesli which was FABULOUS! They make dairy free bread and that was also delicious. They bake a lot -- cakes and breakfast croissants and everything looks amazing. I only wish I could have sampled some! The trailer park that they also manage was absolutely full--with many repeat customers. The price is definitely right and Kolob is easily accessible (as is Zion itself). This business has only been operating for 2 years but it's already going gangbusters. We'll definitely be back! read more

We have stayed at the BNBSWISS twice now. We stayed the first time in our motorhome in the RV Park section. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We returned and stayed in the B&B Cabins for several days. We were traveling with our dog and she received special treatment too. The accommodations in the cabin were comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and all the breads and rolls are all homemade on site. These people are hard working and really nice. We highly recommend this establishment. read more

We stayed here in a cabin for 1 night as a shopping place on our way to Vegas. We thought it was terrific and here's why: 1. First and most important, it was immaculately clean. 2. The bed was really comfortable. 3. The towels were soft and thick. 4. It was far enough out of town to be away, but a short drive to the highway. 5. Parking was right next to the cabin. 6. The breakfast that came with stay was delicious: fresh cold cuts & cheeses, creamy muesli with assorted fruits, and amazing homemade pastries & breads. 7. A great value for what we got. 8. BnBSwiss is a clean and quiet pet friendly place to stay owned and run by Bruce and Ilona. We spent a couple nights and could not have been more pleased with the comfortable king bed and nicely appointed cabin. The breakfasts prepared by this charming couple each morning were the best of our 10 day trip. We stayed here as our base to see both Bryce Canyon and Zion parks. This RV park is in the middle of being built. The owners were incredibly friendly And medas when we arrived. There are no poll throughs and a single street that takes you to all of the back in spots. The full timers are mixed in with part timers And vehicles park on the street made it difficult to get in-and-out. Matt did a great job of taking care of us when we arrived late on a cold night in December after a long day of driving. Heat was on so our cabin was warm and comfortable beds welcomed us. A little rough with communication because of staffing and recent acquisition but over all our stay was a good experience and Matt made it right! Good person with a good place. Read the great reviews however most were about the cabins and great food. We did not have the same experience with our stay of 4 days with our 5th wheel unfortunately. We reserved and paid for 7 but cut our loses after 4 (no refund on unused dates). Extremely tight spots, majority were semi permanent resident campers. Our spot was a little gravel and a lot of unleveled dirt. It snowed during our stay and turned the site into a muddy mess. I highly recommend the owners take a good look at the rv sites and bring them up to the standard of their cabins. We will not be staying with them again. read more

We went back as we said for our anniversary and it was perfect. The owner entertained my husband while I set up the cottage. I set up balloons, candles, cake, champagne and a completely set up table. It was super romantic. The place was spotless. They were installing a hot tub so we will just have to go back for a future anniversary. The breakfast here is better than anywhere in town. Everything is homemade. Bread, sausage, cakes and there was this one Swiss dish they called muesli I just fell in love with. Very, very, nice, I booked for a few days and ended up keeping it for a few weeks, coming and going, to get college kid settled in - they are super accommodating here. The immediate impression of my room is CLEAN - what a relief. Because the cabins are nicely spaced apart, you have a lot of privacy - no worrying about thin walls:). Parking is so convenient with spots on either side of the cabin, excellent for loading/unloading. My cabin has a king bed - all dressed in soft white sheets and a white cotton duvet covering the comforter, nice and clean. There is a table and 2 chairs, microwave, nice larger mini fridge and a nice bathroom. There is a large 6 drawer dresser (TV on top) and two big nightstands with 2 drawers each. The floor is wood laminate, so no carpeting (yay!). The air up here is beautiful but this cabin also has a very good air conditioner/heater with a remote control. There is a nice, covered porch and a table and chairs. I wish I had brought my reclining camp chair - next time. There is a really good deli right across the road - The Silo, good breakfast/lunch deli. And a bit beyond Silo is a 1.5 mile (3 miles round trip) paved hiking/walking trail. Or, you can walk up the hill next to the cabins for nice views. Just about everything else in Cedar City is a short drive away. The grounds here are not yet fully developed, but what is here is clean and orderly. There are several cabins and many RV spots, almost every spot is full. Everyone is very respectful of others. All in all, an amazing find. read more

Fabulous place to stay. The cabins are so clean you could truly eat off of the floors. It's out of town a bit which makes it quiet & peaceful. Just a few short minutes to good restaurants etc & town. The breakfast is like no other BNB you will find. The owners are delightful!! This is the only lodging I have ever come across on yelp that had a consistent five star rating only. Nothing less. I have frequented BNB Swiss on multiple occasions. I live here locally and when family come to town, which has been often, this has become their favorite place. The location is great if you are here for the many festivals in Cedar City, or if you want to make it your base to see the many national and state parks. You are close to restaurants and amenities, but you are nestled in a beautiful valley with hiking trails and wildlife. Do not be surprised to find rabbits or even deer outside your window. The cabins are spacious, clean, private, and new and the RV pads provide everything you need. The owners are the heart of BNB Swiss. You will not find kinder people. Ilona's homemade breakfasts are amazing!She and her husband, Uve has brought a taste of authentic Switzerland and Hungary with them. I was lucky enough to have their Christmas breakfast. (Reservations recommended for Christmas breakfast)It was amazing with homemade breads, jams, muffins, and homemade sausages. This is a hidden gem in Cedar City and I am so happy to see this much-needed new addition to our community. read more

The best customer service!! We were traveling through Utah from Sun Valley Idaho with our RV and planned to stop in Cedar City for the night. When I called to make the reservation Illona was very kind and answered all my questions about the RV space and accommodations. I called later to book a cabin in addition to our RV space and Uwe was super helpful. We ended up having to cancel our reservation as we decided to drive through the night to get back home. When I called to cancel Illona was so sweet and understanding. We will definitely be stopping at B&B Swiss on our next trip through Utah. This is a small and fantastic RV park. the owners are always around and it's very clean. Its beautiful here on the hill we are very close to town, restaurants, Walmart ect. the breakfast ( RVers can join in) is fantastic pastries home made!! we found the wifi really good with no problems. they are dog friendly and there is lots of places to walk your dog. we would recommend BNB SWISS RV park!! read more

Very nice place, we stayed for 3 nights! They have cottages and an RV Park. Close to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, about 2 hours from both of them. There are other attractions close, such as a rodeo arena very close to their location. The owners are very hospitable, and make you feel like family! We enjoyed breakfast with them one morning, that she prepared with some homemade Swiss influence, the oatmeal, breads, cheese and croissants and were excellent! The gravel sites are clean, and there is a small area of grass, good for pets! No pool, but was too cold for us to swim, as it snowed the day we arrived! New place, just opened several months ago, very well kept! It is close to shopping and restaurants! read more

My husband and I stayed here for a night and were pleasantly surprised with the service. Our room had a box of homemade cookies straight from the Swiss alps. She has her ingredients shipped from Europe and they were all delicious and very different then you would get here. Breakfast was also surprisingly very yummy. It looks a little different than you might find in a typical American restaurant but don't be afraid to try it. I think you will be surprised at how good it all is. The breakfast muffins were to die for. The only thing I think that could be improved is to add trees. Other then that I would recommend this place. read more
