First time I ever stayed at a campground/RV park. The campsites are nicely spaced apart. The tent…read moresites have minimal shade - I personally would not tent camp here. The majority of guests here were in RVs and campers. The campground is right off the highway so it could get noisy if your spot is by the road. We stayed the furthest away from the road so it didn't bother us very much at all. We opted to stay in a rustic cabin ($50/night + tax) which included a small mini fridge, microwave, and 2 beds - a queen and twin bed. This spot was perfect. We didn't have anyone staying next to us on either side and it gave a nice sense of privacy. The Red Canyon RV Park has a small dog park in the back corner by the main road. The bathrooms are dated and can use updates but are decently clean. 2 shower stalls and 2 toilet stalls on the property, gender-separated. WiFi is available (although it's pretty weak) and Verizon and AT&T worked well here. There is a general store, gas station, and restaurant/ice cream shop right next door. Laundry services are also available (coin-operated). Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minimal interruptions. Seemed like everyone here kept to themselves and it was great~

We loved the shuttle! With a park pass, you can ride it free. The shuttle stops at all the main sights within the canyon as well as the campgrounds & lodge. It also stops several places within the town. The RV sights were spacious with beautiful views. Trees in every space. They also offer tent camping & teepees. The community showers are locked with a code needed to enter as well as some of the restrooms. All were very clean & smelled good. The campgrounds also have a shuttle service that will take you to places on & off the campgrounds. They offer a reasonably priced laundry with needed supplies for purchase. The room was very clean & well kept. The dryers take quarters or electronic payments. Ruby's is more than just an Rv park with many activities & things to do. There is a cowboy town with ice cream & cookies. A general store with souvenirs as well as a good selection of groceries. We went to Ebeneezer Barn & Grill in the evening. The food was surprisingly good & we watched a Bluegrass band. I highly recommend this as a vacation spot for families!

Both were within a 30 minute drive and we even took advantage of the shuttle that picked us up from the city park each morning. From the time we arrived, to the time we left we were treated like family. Travis (the owner) was available daily to make sure our stay was as perfect as can be. We enjoyed the spacious and beautifully maintained sites, the sparkling clean bathrooms, the inviting pool and spa, and the sports courts. We also rented a fire ring which he personally delivered. We even had an embarrassing incident when our friend's car leaked oil on the concrete. Observing the pride that he has in his business I know this must have been upsetting, but he tried to make us feel better by reminding us that "nobody died" and it will all be okay. I highly recommend GLRV.... Look no further if cleanliness and customer service are important to you. Happy Traveling

When we asked them to lower it we were confronted with obstinance and told it was Utah state law to keep it that high. Well that's not true and it's a dangerous temperature. Subsequent request were met with angry retorts. So I called the Health Department and it finally got resolved. Now guests can enjoy the spa. What a bunch of arrogant employees.

Red Ledge RV Park is approx 0.25 mi from the entrance of Kanarra Falls making it a prime location for hikers. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperative with us and we weren't able to hike the whole thing due to snow. Our stay here was pleasant. Check in process went smoothly. There was WiFi and locked bathrooms with showers that were fairly clean. The people we did see were kind and kept to themselves. It looks like they have picnic tables, BBQs, and a fire pit available for use but due to the snow those amenities weren't usable for us. Overall, I would stay here again, but probably during the warmer seasons.
