They're very nice! My car died on the freeway in Upland and this was the only shop open. They offered to stay a few minutes late after closing until I could get my car towed to their shop. My car stayed in their shop overnight until they could get to it the next day and they called me to tell me what was wrong with it. I didn't end up having my car fixed here but they are very courteous and go out of their way to Help you! read more

So let me just start off by saying customer service is great and the quality of the work is decent. Having said that I would not bring my vehicle back here. 1. They we're not 100% honest with me, they had mentioned my center support bearing was cracked and worn upon further inspection this wasn't true at all. 2. Labor costs are twice as expensive as any other certified independent BMW repair shop (excluding the dealer). 3. Ridiculously over priced, it's almost insulting $300 for an oil change? 10w 60 or not that is just... wow. So now the last thing I would like to suggest for anyone reading this, there is a great shop in El Monte called SGV Bimmer. I would highly recommend, honest work, great prices. The owner is the most honest and knowledgeable technician I have ever met in my life, he has over 30 years of experience. Good luck! read more

This review is long overdue, but Mike and his team are awesome! I had my car break down in Canyon Lake and got stranded. I had it towed 45 to this place because I knew it would be in good hands. I don't trust anyone besides these guys. They don't charge you the crazy dealership prices that will break the bank. They are very reasonable and fair with prices. Thank you for always taking care of my car guys! read more

So after several failed attempts at several other BMW repair places, I happened upon this jewel! The service here is impeccable! From the personable experience at the front desk to the knowledge of the repairman was outstanding. I stayed and waited for my car to be repaired and was met with several check-ins to make sure I was comfortable while wating. The young lady at the front desk chatted with me, which made the time there seem less tedious. The owner also came out and chatted with me for quite a bit (very nice guy) After a week long of frustrating experiences from other repair places, I can say I'm glad that it allowed me to stumble upon this organization. I cant recommend them highly enough....if you need professional, honest and personable interaction please do yourself a favor and call them....you wont regret it! read more

Mike was really good at explaining everything. Keeps in contact with you at all times. I highly recommend! read more

I absolutely love these guys. Mike and Danny are honest and that is so hard to find in a mechanic shop these days. I waited about a month to post just to see if my car was going to continue to run great and it is!!! They called a couple weeks later to check on how the car was doing which is absolutely great! No one at the BMW dealership had ever did that. The problem my car had was pretty expensive but their labor rates are reasonable and they didn't try to add on any additional cost and that's something I can truly appreciate. I have found my BMW home shop. I will be doing all of my maintenance etc with these gentlemen if ever needed in the future. Thanks you guys keep up the good work and honesty read more

These guys rock! Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. Mike Viveros is skilled, knowledgeable and practical. Never a disappointment. read more

So happy I found this place! Great service! Honest and fair! I won't take my Mini anywhere else!

I haven't gone on yelp to give a review ,but this time I will! Nice people clean shop ,talk to the professional directly,it's new shop, but lots of experiment ! I got my car done in one day just as they told me. Mike also told me there is a problem in my car that I should get it down at the dealer ship. I never know them before but I feel they tread me as a family member. I'm sure I will keep come back. read more

A+ Service! BMW-Mini MD's came highly recommended by a friend of mine (who takes his car here for service). It didn't take very long to see how Mike and Danny go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and truly please their clients. They are personable, honest, accessible, responsive, flexible, provide thorough explanations, and most importantly...passionate about what they do. A true diamond in the rough! read more

There are fewer things more valuable than a good doctor and a good mechanic..... fortunately, I have found both. My wife and I cannot say enough about the honesty, professionalism and technical knowledge of Mike and Danny.... notice I put honesty first. If you have a BMW or Mini Cooper ( like my wife), there is no reason to even think about going anywhere else... dealership included. I just left the dealership where Mike use to work and they still rave about his work and the fact he is simply a good person... wow, what a concept. Add my comments to another 5 star review!!! read more

Took my 2013 335i for service. 5 stars again for their using care of my car. They are prompt with responses and the shop is one of the cleanest car shops around. Love this place! read more

I've been coming to BMW MINI MDS for the last year and a half for different repairs on different cars. Each time was a pleasant visit and both Mike and Danny were very knowledgeable and upfront about everything on repairs. They are very communicative and will not overcharge for things that don't need to be done. I would definitely recommend coming to them for your repairs and maintenance needs. read more

I never leave reviews but after being so happy with my experience I feel compelled to let others know where they should go! If I could give more stars I would! I couldn't be happier with the service, honesty, and cleanliness at BMW-Mini MD's. Mike and Danny are two guys that make you feel comfortable and you know you can trust. Their prices are fair and they don't try to say you need multiple things fixed just so they can charge you more. They finished my car on time and called as soon as they were done. I've had BMW's for myself and in my family for decades and I wish this place had been around in the past. This will be the ONLY place my car gets worked on and the same goes for family and friends. I've bragged about them to anyone that will listen!! Thanks for a great and positive experience. read more

I just purchased a 2003 BMW X5 and wanted to get the oil changed on it and power steering fluid changed. Text them yesterday, they replied quickly, great price, so made an apt first thing this morning 7am. Mike and Danny are awesome. Everything was done as expected. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Professional, nice, clean shop, and most of all TRUSTWORTHY. It's nice to know I already have mechanics I can trust with my BMW. I highly recommend! (...and yeah, I live like 40 minutes from their shop, but it's definitely worth the drive!) read more

I found this jem while getting my car washed their card was on a card holder and thought I'd check it out. My bummer was due for an oil change and I decided to go. Right off the back I got a quick appointment and when I got to the shop was greeted by Mike what a guy. The service was top notch and I was in n out quick. Never going anywhere else love this place and their friendly staff! read more

I had a great experience at this shop. Dan I and Mike are definitely specialist when it comes to knowing and fixing bmw. They got my car fixed on the first shot and the repair fees where more than fair, they are very honest people, they will tell you what is wrong and won't make stuff up in order to charge you money that you shouldn't be paying for. One thing that was outstanding is the fact that Dany took the time to drive my car around to make sure it was working properly and to get to know the car in order to suggest preventive maintenance for it. I'm making this my repair shop for my bmw and have already recommended to some friends who own bmw. read more

My car died at an intersection down the street from this place. I called to see if they could help and Mike came down and charged my battery up. I needed a few repairs and they took care of me. I will not go anywhere else but this place to service my car. Mike is the man. Everyone there is excellent. 10 stars. GREAT service. read more

I am so glad I found this place for my BMW. Knowledgeable and courteous! Will be bringing back for all my future services!

I'm a new Mini owner & was referred to Danny & Mike by family. I started with oil changes & today my Mini almost shut down on the freeway as I was heading to Claremont. I stopped by without an appointment & left the Mini there. Danny was so GREAT! I left to get to my son's school & felt relieved to hear from Danny & learn it was most likely my old spark plugs. It's such a relief to trust them & know they are so honest & reliable. I was fixed up by the end of a very long day & back on the road for tomorrow. Thank you SO MUCH for your fast & reliable service!! I appreciate you explaining it all because I sound like I know what I'm taking about when my Dad asks! read more

I cannot thank Danny and Mike enough for keeping my 07' 335i afloat since moving to upland. These two gentlemen are humble, courteous, fair, and go above and beyond for their customers. I didn't trust my old car with just anybody, and these two made sure I felt comfortable and was aware of procedures performed on my car every step of the way. They are 2 of the most nicest and honest mechanics I have worked with and I wouldn't have trusted my car with anyone else besides BMW-mini MDs. If you need anything done these guys are truly the experts. read more

Best service and attention by Mike and Danny! Can't go wrong with price and timeliness!! read more

Mike is one of the most up front & honest business owners you will ever meet. When it comes to car repairs finding someone like that is gold. I used to worry about not taking my 3 series to the dealership for service, I thought I was missing out on something even if it cost me more but service here at MD's proved me wrong. There is no place else I'd ever go & appreciate all their hard work & dedication to their clients. read more

These guys are wonderful! We trust the experience and expertise. We no longer live in Rancho but still make sure to take our beemer to them because we know it's in good hands. You get dealership quality at a reasonable price. The also have great customer service, text you updates on your vehicle, and have a nice waiting room! read more

I've been here twice. It's my new go to place for my Bmw. I always deal with Mike. Really nice guy. This place doesn't sell you any service you don't need. Super honest guys which is hard to find now a days. I Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

This is probably one of only about a handful of car mechanic places that I've frequented in the past. When going from a Toyota to a Mini, there were a lot of unexpected costs and just a general sense that this would be a more expensive car in general. I was, no doubt, terrified to go in for my 40k mile checkup and see all of the things that I'd need, and how much. I was honestly expecting a 1-2,000 dollar checkup minimum! Mike and the guys at BMW MDs took care of my car, did it all before 5pm, and to top it off it was all affordable. They didn't push anything on me they felt I could "use" but didn't "need," and were able to take care of my car in a way that both made me feel secure and like I could trust them with my business. 10/10 would recommend if you need a great Mini/BMW/German mechanic. read more

Im so incredibly happy with the service, cost and professionalism i received. Hands down the best place to service your BMW- I will forever take my car here! Not to mention my car is performing as if I purchased a brand new car. I had to replace my turbocharge and a few minor issues. The cost in comparison to going to the dealer or even trading in my car for a newer model doesn't compare! Ppl purchase BMW for the performance and style, replacing my turbocharger definitely made a huge difference especially in Sport mode. Lastly, very few places provide a loaner vehicle which really saved me in going to work .. thank you so much read more

Took my 2007 bmw m 5 for a batery replacement They were awsome and very fast , good service And great customer service Will be taking my car there in the future !!! read more

Mike and Danny are awesome!!! Very fair prices and quick service. Easy to make appointments. They never try to sell me something my car does not need which is appreciated. Will continue bringing my Mini here! read more

Had my M3 serviced and had a wonderful experience. They will explain everything and never pressure you to fix unnecessary items. They take there time to answer questions and do quality work. This is the only place I will take my car. read more

I was referred by a friend of mine who was happy with the service. I felt the guys took care of me and my car, and felt peace of mind knowing thee guys were certified to work on my type of car. Definitely will be back when the next service is due. read more

As most of us BMW owners know, driving a Beamer is great, paying for services and repairs is more expensive in comparison to your average car. Mike and Danny provide dealer level services BUT WITHOUT dealer prices. They explain everything, are completely transparent, honest, and fair! Thanks guys... read more

Started bringing my 97 Z3 here after years of taking it to an independent shop in Pomona. Very happy I made the switch. Clean, comfortable waiting area with view of the mechanics. You speak directly to the guys working on your car, not a clueless service writer on commission. Definitely recommend. read more

Absolutely recommend Danny and Mike. Honest guys who are well informed and always do the right thing. I've been coming to them for almost three years for regular maintenance and small issues. Just had a large issue and rather than them straight out charge me and do the work that would probably have cost me a few grand they did some investigative work and found out the issue was still covered from BMW because of a recall on the problem. They were able to help me get the car covered and I didn't have to pay a dime. That says it all. These guys are the best; there communication is great; their trustworthy and you'll feel extremely comfortable with them. Thanks for everything guys. read more

Danny and Mike are absolutely fantastic individuals. Customer service is taken seriously here and are willing to go the extra mile for people. Prices are reasonable and do the right thing. Absolute professionals. They have my car running in top shape and they are upfront about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. Really happy that I found this place! read more

I took a BMW from a nearby dealership to this shop because of its spectacular yelp reviews and was not disappointed. They were very thorough; showed me all of the problems they found; explained the severity of the problems; and were incredibly warm and pleasant to deal with. They ended up finding 3 oil leaks, which the dealership will now be fixing before I take the car so the money I spent for the inspection will save me about $1500 in repairs. I only wish this shop was closer to me so I could use it more regularly! read more

Mike & Danny of BMW-MINI MDs are great when it comes to technical issues of BMW cars. They are the experts of their specialty cars. They also have an excellent customer service. They always find time to accommodate me when I needed my car most. Most importantly, they will never rip you off of charges like the BMW dealership. I highly recommend this shop. read more

The team here is top notch. They came from Mini Service departments so they have tons of experience and they know their stuff. I came with a problem with my older mini with the check engine light. They took the time to review the issues and test it. When they found the problem they texted me and ordered the parts. They were quick to finish the repair and provide a list of lower priority items to consider in the future. Unfortunately the problem came back and again the team was very quick to review and stand behind their work. Things are working properly now and the car runs great thanks to these guys at BMW-Mini MDs. read more

I've been bringing my precious Mini here for a few oil changes. This last trip Coopernicus needed a new light, a new seat pad sensor, oil change and we found out it had a crack that was leaking coolant! Danny called me and let me know my car is still under warranty! After this he personally called the mini dealership to run the vin number to verify and let them know I was coming in! The service here at BMW-Mini MD is beyond outstanding. The whole staff is kind and caring and personable. Danny didn't have to tell me my car still was under warranty and could have totally taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge but he didn't and for that I am SO thankful! Thanks to their honesty and great customer service I will be a life time customer and can't wait to continue bringing my business here :) read more
