I just purchased a 2003 BMW X5 and wanted to get the oil changed on it and power steering fluid changed. I had a great experience at this shop. Dan I and Mike are definitely specialist when it comes to knowing and fixing bmw. They got my car fixed on the first shot and the repair fees where more than fair, they are very honest people, they will tell you what is wrong and won't make stuff up in order to charge you money that you shouldn't be paying for. One thing that was outstanding is the fact that Dany took the time to drive my car around to make sure it was working properly and to get to know the car in order to suggest preventive maintenance for it. This is probably one of only about a handful of car mechanic places that I've frequented in the past. When going from a Toyota to a Mini, there were a lot of unexpected costs and just a general sense that this would be a more expensive car in general. I was, no doubt, terrified to go in for my 40k mile checkup and see all of the things that I'd need, and how much. I was honestly expecting a 1-2,000 dollar checkup minimum! Mike and the guys at BMW MDs took care of my car, did it all before 5pm, and to top it off it was all affordable. They didn't push anything on me they felt I could "use" but didn't "need," and were able to take care of my car in a way that both made me feel secure and like I could trust them with my business. 10/10 would recommend if you need a great Mini/BMW/German mechanic. read more

Im so incredibly happy with the service, cost and professionalism i received. Hands down the best place to service your BMW- I will forever take my car here! Not to mention my car is performing as if I purchased a brand new car. I had to replace my turbocharge and a few minor issues. The cost in comparison to going to the dealer or even trading in my car for a newer model doesn't compare! Ppl purchase BMW for the performance and style, replacing my turbocharger definitely made a huge difference especially in Sport mode. Absolutely recommend Danny and Mike. Honest guys who are well informed and always do the right thing. I've been coming to them for almost three years for regular maintenance and small issues. Just had a large issue and rather than them straight out charge me and do the work that would probably have cost me a few grand they did some investigative work and found out the issue was still covered from BMW because of a recall on the problem. They were able to help me get the car covered and I didn't have to pay a dime. That says it all. I took a BMW from a nearby dealership to this shop because of its spectacular yelp reviews and was not disappointed. They were very thorough; showed me all of the problems they found; explained the severity of the problems; and were incredibly warm and pleasant to deal with. They ended up finding 3 oil leaks, which the dealership will now be fixing before I take the car so the money I spent for the inspection will save me about $1500 in repairs. I only wish this shop was closer to me so I could use it more regularly! read more

The team here is top notch. They came from Mini Service departments so they have tons of experience and they know their stuff. I came with a problem with my older mini with the check engine light. They took the time to review the issues and test it. When they found the problem they texted me and ordered the parts. They were quick to finish the repair and provide a list of lower priority items to consider in the future. I've been bringing my precious Mini here for a few oil changes. This last trip Coopernicus needed a new light, a new seat pad sensor, oil change and we found out it had a crack that was leaking coolant! Danny called me and let me know my car is still under warranty! After this he personally called the mini dealership to run the vin number to verify and let them know I was coming in! The service here at BMW-Mini MD is beyond outstanding. The whole staff is kind and caring and personable. Danny didn't have to tell me my car still was under warranty and could have totally taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge but he didn't and for that I am SO thankful! Nice people, good service. Had an issue with a dragging sound on my BMW. I could not afford to take the car to the dealership, as I am out of contract. Turned out to be a not too expensive fix. I appreciate their honesty. They don't sell tires, but he noted that my rear tires needed to be replaced. I'm so grateful to have been referred by a neighbor to MD's-they are the nicest, most efficient, helpful, honest car repair I've ever experienced. My Mini battery was giving messages (after not having been driven much these days) and when I called, Danny explained the problem, said they'd charge it for me and see what happened. While it was there, they even checked the fluids. When I went to pick it up, fully expecting to pay for their service, not only was I greeted by name (and I've gone there only a few times so far) but there was no charge. Where do I start..these guys are AMAZING! My 2007 328i completely shut down on me with no warning while I was driving. I just moved to the area so I looked up reviews for a good BMW repair shop and decided to go with BMW-MINI MDs based on their great reviews and it was the best decision I could have made. Danny and Mike worked at BMW Ontario for over 25 years until they decided to open up their own shop. They are both extremely knowledgeable and very honest and down to earth people. I never once felt taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I had my car towed to their shop and they determined that the issue was with my fuel tank and fuel pump and they even called their connections at BMW Ontario to ensure that it was covered under an extended warranty since I have a SULEV engine. They gave my VIN and all my info to BMW Ontario so all I had to do was get my car towed to the dealer and everything was taken care of. They also let me keep my car locked and secure in their shop over the 4th of July holiday. Danny and Mike truly went above and beyond. They explained everything in great detail to me (because let's face it, I don't know much about cars) and over this process I got to know them not just as business owners but as people. It is very hard to find knowledgeable AND honest mechanics and I am so happy that I did. I will be bringing my BMW's to these guys only from now on. Oh and it's worth mentioning that their shop is immaculately clean and their waiting room had very comfy couches. They even have coffee, tea and a fridge with cold water, soda and beer! read more
