It's quite a way from our house, but since it will be a $10K+ investment, we decided to take use them. It was done in a timely manner and we drove out to pick it up. I dropped my husband off and he didn't return for quite a while. Turns out, he got in to drive home and noticed that the A/C wasn't working and they worked on it a bit and got it somewhat working. Since we were leaving on an RV trip and needed the truck, we said we'll bring it back when we return. We had a few back-to-back RV trips planned for the summer, thus wanted the new transmission. We got back, took it in...about a week later, was told it's fixed..so drove back out to pick it up. Noticed that A/C on driver's side worked good, but not the passenger side..the fan was very weak and air was not cold. Drove it home anyway as we had another trip in a few days. We are taking it back for the 3rd time now (mind you, the truck runs on diesel and it's almost 50 miles roundtrip every time @ $8+/per gallon!!!). My husband was out of town, so they had almost 2 weeks to work on this problem. We just went to pick it up for the very last time (fingers crossed!) yesterday. I offered to wait (learned my lesson!!), but hubby said to drive home, so I did. I find out (again!!!) that he got in the truck to drive home and, this time, noticed that his glove compartment door was missing!!! He said he lost it at that point. He screamed at the incompetency of their service and workers and that he doesn't feel confident about their transmission work which he has no way of checking. We are extremely unhappy about this entire ordeal and would never recommend this place to anyone.

While we kinda knew it would not be worth the repair, my sister was able to give our mom the 2017 Chevy Volt. So we brought that in to be checked for oil change and any other issues while finding out the issue of Hyundai. We end up finding out the Hyundai was not worth the repair because it would've cost over the car value and they found out the motor issue was passed the warranty through the dealer. Also, they recommended us to use Pick Your Part to be sold to which went smoothly and quickly. That was awesome! We were able transfer all items from Hyundai to Chevy. We found out the Chevy was in great condition and gave us a detail report of it. They did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this business. My…read moredaughter brought her 2015 Honda Civic here for a second opinion regarding a warning light on her dashboard. The estimate she received was extremely overpriced (they later called her back and reduced the quote) but even after lowering it, their price was still about $200 MORE than the first estimate she had received elsewhere. What happened when she went to pick up her car is what really upset me. She arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing, and her car was completely dead. ALL the warning lights on the dashboard came on, and the steering wheel was completely locked. When she went back to ask them for help (10m before closing time), conveniently, they had already closed and the doors were locked. We returned the next morning to ask what had happened. They completely denied any responsibility and told us that because the part was already going bad, maybe it just happened to fail at that exact time. Suspicious? Absolutely. What frustrated me even more was their complete lack of concern. They didn't offer to check the car to see what had happened. They didn't show concern, They didn't suggest alternatives or even make an effort to keep our business. Instead, they just kept aggressively repeating that the part was already going bad and was going to stop working anyway! We ended up having to TOW her vehicle from their shop! What happened to loyal, honest, trustworthy mechanics who actually care about their customers? It is incredibly frustrating to feel that people who don't know a lot about cars, especially women can be taken advantage of or simply dismissed when they question something. I cannot say exactly what happened to my daughter's car while it was at this shop, but I can say that it was extremely disappointing how this situation was handled by this company and how little effort was made to help us. We will definitely NOT be returning to this shop, and I will NOT recommend this business to my friends or family. BE AWARE and ask questions before approving any work or estimates.
