I just bought a very nice 2022 BMW M440i. I wanted some servicing performed to improve reliability. It's know that BMW's choice to use a plastic oil filter housing is a real trouble spot due to heat cycling making the plastic brittle. Same thing for the thermostat housing/ heat control module. I had BMP install the upgraded aluminum oil filter housing and a new heat module so that I can have have years of trouble free driving. I must say that BMP is an outstanding shop for the BMW. These guys know their stuff. They did a great job taking care of.my car. They even did an extensive dive into the past maintenance history of my car before I bought it. They found I will need the spark plugs changed very soon along with the air filter. This is information I value to keep my car at its top performance. Overall, their shop is a very clean operation filled with knowledgeable technicians! My car, with a WHITE INTERIOR. was returned to me spotless. I'll be back soon for those spark plugs and air filter installation. Their prices are reasonable, their work is outstanding. I drive nearly an hour each way to get there. In my opinion it's the best auto service you can possibly think of. Knowledgeable, professional, fast, reliable, trustworthy, accommodating, very well managed. I've been servicing my BMWs here for almost 6 years now and they never disappoint. First, they've always been able to identify the exact issue and fix it the same day, unless you're waiting for a rare part delivery. And I've had multiple various incidents during these years. Second, their prices are very reasonable and transparent. You never have to doubt if suggested repairs are necessary. Besides, you see a breakdown after they run diagnostic and know exactly what needs to be fixed and before they proceed with any repairs, so you have an option to pick and choose which repairs do you want and how much they're gonna cost. I also was told that they've partnered with a financing company, so if you have some urgent repairs you can get it done and split the cost into monthly payments. Luckily I never had to use it, but it's good to keep in mind that even if something major happens to the car I won't get stuck without it. And third, it's the actual people that work there, and you'll know what I'm talking about when you deal with them. I'd actually put that as number one reason to choose them, as it transcribes into the quality of their service and overall experience. You can tell that they go above and beyond of what's expected and are proud of their work. That's so refreshing to see these days. I recommended these guys to a couple of my American friends and they were shocked to see their cars fixed for a fraction of a quote from a dealership and after having money spent at other specialized service centers without the permanent result. I would have to say that if you have a Gereman car does not matter what kind, I would highly recommend to come here and get your car work done here. When I got my Mercedes, I did not know who to trust and the dealer is too expensive. I I remembered that there is this one place called bmp auto service. So I decide to come there and ask for their prices. But of course before that I went on yelp to see what people saying about this place. All reviews were positive I have not seen any bad review or unsatisfied customer. When I asked how much is gonna cost for an oil change, they said 100.00 to 130.00 I personally think for a gereman cat that is pretty affordable price. Their waiting area is amazing. They have this comfortable couch and the tv. Also they have water and plenty of journals to kill time. I would highly suggest to choose BMP Auto Service as your personal car servicer. Took my 2007 335i E90 n54 in to get the oil filter housing gasket resealed. They did a great job, car sounded great afterwards. Ran perfect. Will recommend to others. Only thing that would have made this a 5 start review would be if they would have wiped down any existing oil from the engine after doing the job. My mini cooper was having all kinds of issues. After BMW gave me no help, i went here. He was able to find the problem and fix it up! Although it turned out to be an expensive fix, I think it was cheaper than what the dealer would have wound up doing. Reason for not 5 stars: My car was serviced when there was a heavy rain outside. I dont think they took the best care of my car being open during rain, as water got into the trunk. Found out when it came back with a funky smell and mold was growing on the carpet. Came back another time because my engine light kept coming on. They told me it was a computer issue and gave it back no charge, but had kept it for almost a week! read more

It's about time to leave decent review for BMP auto service. We have 4 Mercedes-Benz and a Toyota 4Runner, and this is the place to go to. The shop I've been working on my cars for a while and I've been happy and satisfied with their work and Customer Service. I always say it, HONESTY is the key to any mechanic shop and that's why I keep coming back to this shop. Of course make sure they do good job as well. I like working with Natolli because he's an honest guy. When I bring one of my cars to him, I have an assumption that it will need and cost a whole sum of money, but ends up not or he would tell you up front " no it only needs this". And that's what I like about him and why trusting him. Not like other shops, they would come up with issues in your car that aren't real but you have no idea and all that to milk you out. This doesn't exist at BMP. Even if some how a job doesn't get done or completed as it should since no one is a %100 perfect and things happen, Natolli will make sure it's warranted and gets corrected. This could cost you another trip to his shop, but it's worth it to keep an honest business relationship. read more

Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone and they take cars out of turn. Depending on your relationship with this person you will get different service. He had my car for over 24hours and didn't give me any updates or courtesy calls to let me know what was going on. When i went in to see what was going on he was working on his sons car. His son came later on the pick it up while i towed my car to another shop. Total waste of time. He couldn't tell me what was wrong or when I might get the car back. He became argumentative when I asked for a update. Typical shop that takes advantage of you because you have a nice car. If you want your car to be left in the parking lot for a couple of days without an update this is your guy. If you want a professional shop that provides services for your money, go somewhere else. This place "fixed" my car but a day later it dies again. I took it to BMW dealer and they said this guy is ludicrous. He trips more sensors than he fixed. He is a step above a DIY. Save yourself the time and visit another professional. Shops like these are the reasons mechanics get a bad rep. read more

Awesome! Best mechanics ever! I was told by two different shops my Z3 BMW named 'Lola' would need a new engine after she overheated & broke down. Tony at BMP worked a MIRACLE! No new engine required! Tony found a small problem no one else saw & fixed 'Lola' the BMW so well she's more powerful and runs better than she did when I first bought her! No joke!! But wait there's more... The cost, WOW! Wow! I'm really surprised every time when people making extra mile! I left my BMW because of some noise in brake system. I was shocked, when manager of this shop told me that he negotiated with manufacture and explain them that it was their problem, and as result exchange brakes for free (it was still on guarantee). I was ready to pay for this service. Additionally they changed oil and filters and checked all service lights. Unexpected extra miles from management! Watch out!!! Scam artists! They were supposed to do a diagnostic on my car and ended up taking the engine out. They asked for over $4,000 to put back in. They still have my car over a month later. They don't answer their phones or return phone calls. Crazy! read more

Had both a traction control and brake light come on on my Beamer. Took it into BMP. They told me a diagnostic would cost around $80. The price wasn't bad so I proceeded. They drove it in and 10 minutes later the guy comes out and says that it was just my steering angle sensor that needed to be calibrated. He took the liberty of recalibrating it and essentially fixed the issue, For FREE! Highly satisfied and highly recommend! read more

I took my car into a local tire shop to have tires rotated. At that time they told me I needed rear brakes on my Mercedes even though the sensor light was not activated. They gave me a bid of $846.00. I immediately called BMP service since they have been my service shop of choice for the past several years. They quoted me $236.00 parts, labor and tax included.
