After having our septic tank pump by Modern Septic the technician pointed out that both the inlet and outlet pipe needed to be replaced. They gave me the names of two contractors that I could call to have the work done. The first contractor I called (can't remember the name) said he'd come out to take a look but never did. Each time I called he said he was really busy but would come out anyway. He never showed up. So I called Taylor at BMB Septic and he came out the same day. I explained the issue and he was able to inspect the tank since it was still pumped down and gave me a quote to replace the inlet and outlet pipes with modern materials and recommended new risers and lids which I whole-heartedly agreed with (previously I had the dig down to expose the lids prior to pumping now it is no longer necessary.) Taylor's 2 man crew got the work done the very next day and I got to see all that they did. The work was top notch. I feel better knowing my septic tank is now functioning properly and would not hesitate to recommend BMB Septic. read more

Taylor Barbani from BMB Septic Co ( family owned) was highly recommended by a local man in this business for many years. From the beginning Taylor provided information that was easy to understand, and answered all our questions. He suggested the best way to enter the property in order to avoid damages which worked great. His team with Dustin and John gave us daily information and updates that made the installation of new leach lines and risers go smoothly. They were careful to maneuver around existing trees, removed stumps we were happy to get rid of, consulted us on our preferences, put the chain fence up every day to keep our dogs safe, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of this project. Everyone was prompt, professional and worked hard to achieve the end product in four days for a fair price. I would recommend BMB Septic Co to anyone in need of their services. Thank you! read more

After receiving various quotes that were vague, incomplete and all over the map, my wife located BMB from the County list of approved vendors for septic work. We could not have been more pleased. He not only walked us through our issues, but explained the evolution of the business in the area and how this family business has thrived for over 38 years, without advertising!! They are growing leaps and bounds now.. why? Because they are professionals and are passionate about having satisfied customers. Taylor's crew was always courteous, on time, took care in protecting the work, and providing a safe zone for our dogs while working. Dustin, Dante, John.. Danny.. all of them top notch. So glad we were able to use Taylor and BMB. Call Taylor, you won't be disappointed.. honesty, quality, fairness and passion still exist!! They are the best!!! read more

I rarely write reviews. But, BMB Septic deserves the accolades and the public needs to know who they can trust for septic installation and repair. First, as I was calling different pump only companies for recommendations on septic repair, I was told again and again that BMB Septic was who they recommended. When, Taylor of BMB Septic came to my house, he was honest about what he could do and not do for my septic issues. He gave professional and experienced recommendations, stayed within his estimate, and went above and beyond with the services he promised. His crew did an awesome job, taking care to avoid damaging areas in my yard unnecessarily and helping move my trailer out of the way. Competent, honest and reliable service, including clean up to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier. read more

I cannot say enough good things about BMB Septic. We were in the process of purchasing a home with only four days left on our inspection contingency period. We contacted BMB Septic on a Thursday, they came out and inspected the tank and provided a repair quote on Friday. The repairs were completed on Sunday and Monday which allowed us to meet the terms of the contingency period. After the repairs were complete, they issued us a septic certification which was required by the lender. BMB Septic employs only the best. Their knowledge, positivity, and "can-do" attitude are all the qualities you want in a company. They are a pleasure to work with and you cannot go wrong with BMB Septic. I highly recommend their services. read more

I'm very pleased with the service with BMB Septic. I have a "unique situation" where the previous owner installed a pool and took out a good portion of our leach lines leaving no room for more lines. We have been fighting with our septic system for many years and with Taylor's guidance, I believe we have finally found a solution for our "unique situation". Taylor is resourceful! He was willing to hand dig the trenches, instead of bringing in large equipment, insuring that I didn't lose my privacy hedges and 30 year old antique roses. His workers are very nice and respectful and cleaned up beautifully. Also, Taylor always returned my calls within minutes. I feel like I've made a trusted friend. read more

Taylor, Dustin, Josh and the rest of the BMB Septic crew did a great job for me. They had competitive pricing, great customer service and delivered on time--actually a little early. They helped us abandon our old tank, install our new system and get reconnected quickly with no drama. I'd highly recommend them for their expertise, reasonable cost and friendly attitude. As an owner's representative for commercial real estate developers doing major renovation and new construction projects, I can honestly say they are great at what they do. They will be my first call when we start our next phase of work. read more

I feel they did a great job. But Taylor was not happy that the guys did not remove the left over pieces of the leach field, their empty drink cans Along with an old replaced septic concrete lid and tree branches they removed. Taylor said he would have them come back. Which never happened. After leaving Taylor two messages I gave up. We are elderly but I guess we will have to figure it out. I do have confidence in there work. But shame on them for leaving us clean up. read more

Dont hesitate to get a second opinion, bmb sold, same people bought modern. One is a chef the second is a corporate brother of the chef. Company name is actually advanced septic now. The ex owners have the experience... not the new..... spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Tank pumps too.. use anyone else. Modern just hires convicts to keep labor prices down read more
