Stopped by the marina one day and asked Dockmaster, Benjamin Budzinsky if he could find room for an overnight stay of a "local" boat. "Sure, when are you coming?" Next afternoon we called VHF Channel 69 to announce our arrival, and Danyella Sanchez answered, "We are expecting you". Go to "B" dock. A deckhand helped us tie up. Joined family and friends for dinner at "The Local's Eatery". Great food and service. Stayed overnight. Left the dock in the morning. No charge. Our dock fee was "comped". Was that great, or what?

Understandable, to push the 2019's but it did not meet our criteria. Long story short we purchased exact same color boat/engines, 2020 model at another dealer after 2020 boat they quoted was not the color boat or engines and not in stock at the time we wanted and significantly more expensive than the one we purchased in stock. No harm no foul, until the sales manager called my husband yesterday and informed him he would have to get all warranty service elsewhere, really?

It's 7 dollars a foot to keep your boat outside or inside it's 8 dollars a foot. Also ethanol free gas is the cheapest gas for your boat you will find anywhere. It's $4.20 a gallon! Off base it's like $4.80, even with a Sea Tow membership which saves you 5 cents a gallon at most places it's still cheaper then those places. Great place to keep your boat :)

Morris Hines was way more intrested in making a New Sale then honoring the agreements of past owners. I MEAN WHY CARE THEY ALREADY PAY DUES. also he acted as if it was someone else whos policy or actions and decisions that stopped the owner from being able to sell the ownership. Which was straight BS. The boat club owner said he had no problem as long as the Sales Director Morris Hines was okay with it. My opinion if thats how they take care of existing owners why would they treat me any different Beware!!!

While at HarborWalk Marina we tried to hook up the power and could not get one of our 50s to function. The boats from 2008. And I'll have to admit I didn't have a clue to what the problem is. We went through all the normal stuff resetting breakers plug-in plug out switch cables nothing seem to work. Asked around and Two Tony's was recommended. I called Two Tony's the owner was available and came out. Short notice. Started poking around. Determined pretty quickly that one of our isolation boosters wasn't working. He put it into bypass mode. And the boat was lit up. When you get this kind of service it just puts a smile on your face. If they treat a new customer that way can you imagine how they treat their customers? Next projects to get our refrigerator replaced. Highly recommended I would use them again when I'm in the area.

We drove five hours to meet them to get access to our boat, and no one ever showed up. We asked to set up a date to put our just purchased boat in the water and they finally got back to us when they returned from vacation. By the way, this was the first call ever returned! And they have priced just the launch at $15/foot!!! That's more than most haul and launches combined in my state. When the owner called my husband after we questioned the rate, he was very rude to him. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.

Absolutely ridiculous experience…read more We paid over $600 + tip for chair rentals for a bachelorette trip and woke up to POURING rain. We called at 8 AM asking if they could simply move the reservation to the following day since the weather completely ruined the setup. We were NOT asking for a refund, extra service, or anything free. Just asking to move it to Sunday. They refused. Customer service then told us we "should have canceled the day before" as if anyone can accurately predict Florida weather 24 hours in advance. Meanwhile the chairs were NEVER even used, yet they still expected us to pay AGAIN and rebook if we wanted them the next day. So basically they kept hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing and made zero attempt to help or work with us. For a company in hospitality/events, the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer service is beyond disappointing. We paid $600+ to receive nothing. We will absolutely be filing a chargeback.
