We have repeatedly called and although the lady fielding calls answers right away, she'll tell you she'll have to find out and get back to you, which she never does. We drove five hours to meet them to get access to our boat, and no one ever showed up. We asked to set up a date to put our just purchased boat in the water and they finally got back to us when they returned from vacation. By the way, this was the first call ever returned! And they have priced just the launch at $15/foot!!! That's more than most haul and launches combined in my state. When the owner called my husband after we questioned the rate, he was very rude to him. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.

Our first night event I scheduled was a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Since I am very analytical, I shopped around at least five different places. Sail Destin provided a private voyage at the best price. Sight unseen- I booked reservation. Chandler is a one man shop, so we did play phone tag a bit. He and his first mate were very professional and courteous. The sunset cruise met and exceeded my expectations. I have been on several sail cruises from St. Maarten, Hawaii and St. Thomas and this rates as one of the best. No only was the sailing experience fantastic, the sunset and dolphins added to making this one of our most memorable. I would most definitely recommend and plan on booking with Sail-Destin again when we return to Destin

I brought Justin a pair of motors, he mounted them and we found out they didn't fit. So he took them off, I sold them and bought another pair of motors. When they arrive, Justin called me to let me know that they were Not in the best condition with several key parts missing. After loosing almost $5,000 in shipping cost and trying to quickly sell the motors, I turned it over to Justin to find me a good pair of motors that I could afford and would be reliable. BOY did he come through!!! Justin found me a pair of Mercury 250 Supercharged Verados in great condition with low hours. All he had to do was hook them up and I back on the water! The motors run great, everything is hooked up correctly and I can go offshore as far as I care too without worrying about a breakdown. Not only did Justin and Donna help me fin and install my motors but they were awesome at the end when it was time to pay for it all. They were gracious with some of the labor which Really helped out. I WILL NOT take my boat to anyone else! Not only do they do great work but they are Great to work with! Thank you Justin, Donna, Nick and Rudder (their adorable Dalmatian) Jim

You can rent the radio and mat for the water and even take your dog. We have not rented any of these as we usually just bring our speaker. The other options are the length of time; you get a choice of 4 or 8 hours. We always opt for 4 because they is plenty of time.
