They have a nice and small convenience store for ice, drinks, and misc items. There is gas at the end of the dock. There are picnic tables in the back. This came in handy to keep the kids occupied while launching the boat. Normally the wife pulls the truck off ramp and parks the trailer. At this marina, there were plenty of workers/dock helpers that helped the husband with all this. Having these young men helper is as such a blessing and added bonus. We made sure to tip them. There is also an indoor restroom close by that is clean and spacious and made a great family changing room. You literally leave the marina and pull right onto Crab Island.

Deck hands took off my boat and docked it while I drove 100yrds to D&J Dry storage ( see my review for Susan at D&J) walked back to pier and deck hand fueled my boat, paid for fuel and $20 launch fee and was off. They have everything you need. Fuel, bait, beer, ice, snacks, water, drinks and plenty of place to dock. Current can be swift here so have dock lines tied to boat so they can take it off trailer by hand and never get out of your truck. Or show everyone your boating skills and back it off yourself bumping and scraping the pier and not tip the young guys trying to make a dollar for the summer. I do that enough back home in GA where we have an 8' tide swing not 8" like in Destin. When I am on vacation I treat myself like the rich guy I'm not and let servants do the work. Just makes life enjoyable. Beside no one will go home and tell their friends about the amazing boat handler they watched in Destin.

Rather than attempting to understand the situation, he escalated things by threatening me and stating that I was banned from returning for the next year. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I am including a photo of this individual, since he would not identify himself. What was even more troubling was the discriminatory tone and attitude he displayed toward me after realizing I am Jewish. His behavior and remarks were clearly biased and inappropriate, making me feel targeted because of my religion. This is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a full review of this incident!!!

There is no one better than this company for your pontoon rental needs. They are all professional,…read morecourteous, informative, helpful, and laid back. You get your option of two different pontoons that you yourself captain. Those two options are the pontoon with or without the two slides. We opted for without as it is easier to maneuver on days where it is windy. Both have a shaded canopy on deck, so you are not sitting in the sun the entire time. You can rent the radio and mat for the water and even take your dog. We have not rented any of these as we usually just bring our speaker. The other options are the length of time; you get a choice of 4 or 8 hours. We always opt for 4 because they is plenty of time. Overall, they offer a convenient and fun addition to anyone's FL vacation. We will absolutely be back!

The pick up location was in Fort Walton, across from Big 10 tires. Apparently the boat had a problem with water in the fuel as the boat moved very slowly once we got a few miles away from the dock. We called Bill and he met us by Juana's on Navarre Beach to swap boats while we had dinner. The new boat ran much better. When we were ready to return the boat Bill met us by Juana's with a trailer as it was closer to our house than his dock was. Good experience. Will do business here again!
