Understand, our system had NEVER been serviced since it was installed decades ago. After talking with the people in the store, I tried to replace the resin bed myself. With no skills of this kind, I pestered the employees over and over again before I made the exchange for a new resin bed. They were fully interested in solving my problem and took a model system apart in front of me several times before I had the courage to try it on my own at home. Through the many demonstrations, the team members never once let me see any sign of disgust or aggravation with my incompetence. I don't know how they kept from rolling their eyes. I eventually scheduled a service call due to a possible problem with the replaced resin bed. Eventually, we had to have a second service call before the problem was corrected. After all of that, I received a call from Jon, the Greenwood store manager, the morning after the system was fixed. The technician that had been at our house the day before had explained that the need for the service call was possibly due to a fault with the replacement resin bed. The company is not charging us for the service calls. This is not the kind of service that I am used to seeing in our world any longer. This company is in the business of making happy customers. I love my water!

I called to complain on 5/19 and was told our account was being transferred (no previous warning) and they couldn't help or start a ticket. This was after being on hold for about an hour, so I requested to speak with a manager to request a call back and sat on hold another 20 minutes to be disconnected. I called back 5/20 and sat on hold for over an hour before the phone was answered. I was informed an adjustment request to refund the erroneous charges would be processed within a week and a no charge pick up would be scheduled to collect our 15 empty bottles of water. I called back 6/5 to be informed the adjustment request was never entered. I was sent to a supervisor who gave me a confirmation number and assured me that it had been processed by her. That supervisor then scheduled a unit pick up for 6/10 and promised to call me on 6/11 to complete the closing of our account after all this trouble. I sit here now on hold (57 minutes and still no answer) because we just received our monthly statement with NO refund of the billed services that were NEVER completed in March April and May, the free delivery fee that WAS indeed charged to our account, and for water delivery that was not supposed to happen as I had requested for the account to be closed!

The customer service is out of this world. Multiple folks working, all really friendly. When you ask to see something from the case, they answer questions about the product t but don't try to sell it - thank god, that is annoying and it's nice to not have that pressure. They sell quality items so their sales folk don't really have to hustle like that. Anyways, very pleasant experience!

Hot sauce stocking stuffers, anyone?! I eat popcorn every night, so when I discovered that they had a popcorn seasoning, I was sold. I also put it on avocado toast and also use it as a rub for any kind of meat. "Where is this place?" I looked at the directions that led me to an inconspicuous storefront…read moreexactly across the street from Matt the Millers in the one story strip mall near the roundabout. When arriving, I saw Amazing Hazel's van parked in the parking lot so I knew I was close. Upon walking in I was greeted by Dave, the owner and creator of Amazing Hazel product line. He was attentive and sweet allowing me the time to fully understand the heart and soul that went into each of his product offerings. He offers 3 different hot sauces, one to be a wing sauce in the future, 2 Bloody Mary Mixes, a spice mix and the legendary Chili Sauce. I walked out with the Chili Sauce and the Zesty Bloody Mary Mix. The Chili sauce is the name sake and reason why Amazing Hazel exists. Hazel was his grandmother and he stumbled upon her recipe after his mother died. Upon making the sauce, each bite was a reminder of tastes from his childhood. The Chili sauce is a slightly sweet tomato, green pepper sauce with chunks of fresh onion, peppers and onions. In your mouth it has a start of a sweet taste but finishes with a little heat. (Admittedly, I am a spicy person and did not find it too spicy). Chili sauce can be used as a base for sloppy joes, a topper for burgers, added to spaghetti marina for zing etc. I plan on trying it with sloppy joes myself. The Zesty Bloody Mary Mix is a thicker cousin to the original Bloody Mary Mix. There is not horseradish nor Worcestershire in either these mixes. Zesty Bloody Mary Mix has a tomato based mix with onions, green peppers, jalapeños, citrus notes and GINGER. For me, it will be served over ice, with Tito's vodka, celery and a crispy fried bacon piece (add blue cheese stuffed olives for the hubby). What I love most, is that the spicy can be made spicer with horseradish or wasabi, or it's fine for those with a milder pallet to have standing on its on. The ginger adds a layer of flavor that no other mixers offer at this time! Lastly, there are great gift box options for that tough to buy person. Amazing Hazel will customize and make suggestions to make your gift stand out. I could see these being great gifts for welcome baskets for weddings/showers/or best of Hamilton county bag. If you're interested, a recipe of the month is sent over email to all who are interested. This is a nice touch.
