On arrival I was told there are no pharmacists available on wednesdays and sundays. I went a day without narcotic pain medicine and was in a terrible state but there was nothing I could do since it was a narcotic it could not be transferred. The next day I went back and was told there was still no pharmacist on duty and they weren't sure when a pharmacist would be. my doctor understood the situation and I did get my pain relievers elsewhere. In short don't sent your scripts here as of July 2022. There's no accurate way of knowing when a pharmacist will be on duty to fill them

When I asked him what the problem was ... he said he should have come inside and solve the problem. Today I had to wait more than 10 minutes in line and ended up driving around to the front of the store and walking back to the pharmacy. That person was still at the drive up. I complained and found out there were still waiting for a prescription to be filled and I was told if I didn't like it I should go to another pharmacy. I went home and switched everything to Meijer Pharmacy immediately.

I've watched them walk around with their cleaning supplies when they're not tending to customers; and they don't go overboard and scare people! You know what I mean. I'm impressed! I can't help it. The pharmacists and all staff that work in the pharmacy department, are ALWAYS chill and smiling. When I have issues with the amount of a prescription... boom! They get on their computers and find me an Rx coupon. God knows they've saw my face a lot; considering I've been to that CVS off and on, my entire life. The new pharmacist has actually embarrassed me in front of several other customers filling their medications too, by literally threatening me to "never fill my medication a day early again." I have never once deserved the attitude he threw at me. The medication I am prescribed gets a lot of ridiculous, unnecessary stigma. And that discrimination coming from an "educated, professional Pharmacist".... yikes. Please go back to school. I hear him yelling at customers over the phone and across the counter every time I'm in the store. I am stuck filling at this pharmacy & I literally have a panic attack everytime I have to walk in there.

She was being kept behind the counter safe and sound except when he arrived it turns out the manager working, Nick, took it upon himself to put her outside since according to him "the store policy prevents animals from entering" among the 20 different things wrong with this starting off with have some fucking compassion, and ending with the fact that nick went behind the other employees back and left my cat to fend for herself outside without any of us knowing. I googled the CVS pet policy and turns out it doesn't even have one, it varies by manager. Most importantly, they have gas, air (for tires), ice and bait. Inside, they carry everything that you'd expect from a convenience store - snacks, beverages, including beer, lottery tickets, etc. and they have public restrooms! The store is immaculate, with everything shiny and new. They offer fresh baked Hunt Brother's Pizza. I was checking out what they had when the friendliest lady with a wonderful smile, said, "I can make you a pizza in 10 minutes. What would you like?" Well, I couldn't turn down that smile. I ordered an slice with everything on it. The pizza was really good, especially for a gas station. The crust was chewy and the toppings were fresh. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful that I've got to give this 5 stars. I'll be back and glad to have them so close.

When I parked, there were quite a few vehicles parked in the lot but not so many people in the store. There didn't seem to be parking in front of the store but people were doing that anyway. Since it's a newer building there is plenty of room to get around people, although they all seem to be crowded at some point in time. I only stopped to get a soda (no, sorry, I don't say pop!) and everything worked well, but their lids never seem to stay on the 32 ounce cups, for whatever reason. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. As I was exiting the building, someone decided to park almost where I was standing--watch out!
