The labneh, herbs, and the tomato salad added delicious freshness to the hash, and the challah served as a great vessel for eating the hash. I tried my friend's spinach, Jerusalem artichoke, and egg plate, and it was also tasty, with properly done eggs and hearty bread. I would recommend Tatte for your next weekend brunch!
