The worst!! I got an evaluation of my GE dryer, which was not removing the water from my clothes…read more The owner, Eris, claimed it needed a new pump, which would take 3 to 5 days to get in. I paid a $99.00 service fee. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER, he returned. After half an hour, Eris informed me that he could not remove the front panel--it had rusted onto the connectors--which were PLASTIC!! And he did not want to damage the porcelain. A general contractor, I got him some wood pieces, to protect the porcelain, while supplying sufficient force to pry the panel up and off without damaging it. He then asked if I had a mallet, which I provided him. He failed to budge the panel, insisting that these brittle little plastic pieces prevented the panel from coming off. Ridiculous. There had to be metal screws or other substantial fasteners, which he had missed. I suggested that he call GE Tech. He agreed. He lied. Then, to my shock, he and his assistant tried to sneak away around the back of the house without even speaking to me!! I confronted Eris, already in the running vehicle, to sign a statement that he was unable to repair the dryer and would refund the paid charge, as he had promised. What incompetence and deceit. After they left, I discovered that they had cracked the porcelain in two places, trying to pry the panel off with a screwdriver!! And never said a word!! Liars, incompetence, and deceit!

Had an equipment failure, not Solar Trek fault, and they got out to my house and took care of the situation and handled all warranty claims for the equipment. The owner even called me after the install to ensure I was a happy customer and asked for feedback for improved customer service.

I purchased a solar system and a whole home back up generator. In my proposal my estimated new…read moreelectric bill was $26 per month plus $130 per month for the solar so basically a wash which I would be totally fine with. Since my solar has been installed and up and running because it did take Clay Electric several months to switch my meter which is not Solar Trek's issue. $206 + $130 $178+ $130 $213 + $130 $202 + $130 $127 + $130 $132 + $130 I also have a home in California with solar and its a little larger and too date my bills are $0 or negatives every month which makes me question the quality of my system by Solar Trek. In December my solar payment jumps to $185 per month so do your homework before you buy. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did a nice job on the generator(generator alone is 4 stars)and they always come out when I call them but I don't think solar is their area of expertise.
